This was a beautifully written book set in Cornwall- with a beautiful cottage overlooking the sea. When Maddy's house has a fire she moves in with a neighbour- but soon looks for some space of her own whilst she's waiting for her own house to be completed. Sizzling sparks fly and a strong romantic element develops.
She arranges to stay in Wisteria Cottage whilst it is being renovated and I loved seeing the cottage come to life through the pages of the book. It makes you want to buy a project of your own in Cornwall and move in right away.
I loved the characters and the setting and the hints of secrets lurking beneath the surface. I'm delighted to discover that I can now go back and read more of Teresa's back catalogue.

5☆ Beautifully Charming read
This is my first book by Teresa and it won't be my last.
Meet me at Wisteria Cottage is a beautiful story of romance, mystery, new beginnings and some comical humour.
The story is set in the beautiful Cornish seaside, of Tinners Bay.
Maddy Is the main character in the story.
The story starts when her house catches fire.
With no where to go and no home, Harry her neighbour turns up to save the day.
Being an ex-firefighter and labdscape gardener he is quick to offer a damsel in distress a place to stay.
Maddy graciously accepts.
As they get to know each other the more you can feel the chemistry sizzling up between them.
With a fear of overstaying her welcome and possibly jeopardizing their friendship and possible connection, Maddy moves into Wisteria Cottage by the sea
However Maddy's ex Connor isn't about to make things easy.
With a difficult breakup can Maddy truly let her guard down and open her heart again!
The story was extremely enchanting.
I love books that feature a coastal town, Cornwall is absolutely beautiful and Teresa captures it's endearing charm perfectly.
I really liked Maddy. Even when her house was on fire she remained so strong. She was very likeable. I loved watching her with Harry. I loved the fact that he opened he's home to her. What a hero!!
Overall a charming and enchanting read.
Very easy to read. Once you opened the first few pages you knew it was going to be special.
I would most Definetly recommend this to readers who want to escape to the beautiful Cornish seaside, fall in love with wisteria cottage and the characters within.
Fans of Chick Lit and Romance.

Thank you to Netgalley, Publishers and for the opportunity to Teresa F Morgan read this book for an honest review. What a fantastic book and if I could would give 4 and a half.

I have not come across this author before, but I am glad that I got the chance to read this latest book of hers. I found it grabbed me right from the start and had me spellbound; I just had to keep reading right to the end. It was a really easy read, but in no way lacking in detail, and with mystery and drama mixed in with romance to keep the reader guessing just what was going to happen next.
The story is set in the fictional Cornish village of Tinners Bay, where the heroine, Maddy, has recently opened a gallery selling her own paintings as well as those of other artists. When she returns home one day to find her house on fire, she is taken in by her neighbour, ex-firefighter turned landscaper Harry. However, not wanting to outstay her welcome, she is pleased to be offered temporary accommodation in Wisteria Cottage, a seaside property being renovated by its new owners. This brings her into contact with slightly slimy builder Simon, while hovering in the background is Maddy's creepy ex-boyfriend Connor. There are quite a few other notable characters as well, such as Valerie, an old friend of Maddy's family, and also an adorable cat, Sookie.
I found this whole story really enjoyable. The Cornish seaside setting is well described, right down to the cream teas and noisy seagulls. The characters are strong, with plenty of history to be discovered as the pages progress. I loved the way in which the author incorporated mystery and danger into a really romantic tale, and that there was a proper hero. I could predict what was going to happen early on, but I had no idea how it was going to play out. It was good, too that there was quite a bit of humour going on. If, like me, you haven't read any of Teresa F Morgan's other books, you may well want to be looking for them once you have finished reading this one; I know I will.

Maddy and Harry make a great couple, and for the most part I enjoyed the ups and downs of their relationship in progress. They start out as bickering neighbors, then when her house is lit on fire (arson), he comes to her rescue and offers her and her cat a place to stay. She is a painter and gallery owner, and he is a former fireman now a gardener. Her estranged ex-boyfriend is a little creepy, and the issues he had and why is never fully explained, which cost a star in my ratings. Other than that though, I highly recommend this story and author, and would love to spend more time a Wisteria Cottage.

I loved this book. It is always a treat when you are hooked from the beginning. The characters were all likeable and the setting was a treat. I also enjoyed the artistic theme running throughout. It had a good bit of romance and didn't gloss over all the details like some books in this genre do. Definitely one of the best I have read in a while. Thank you

What a fantastic book, loved the characters. Perfect read in this spring sunshine

Maddy Hart isn’t too crazy about her new neighbor, Harry, and the feeling appears to be mutual. Still, when Maddy’s house catches fire, it’s handsome Harry, the firefighter, who comes to her rescue. He even takes Maddy and her cat into his own home while her own is being sorted out. The two soon become aware that their initial dislike for each other masked a smoldering attraction. And while Harry seems only to willing to explore the physical side of that attraction, his past is strictly off-limits. This was a sweet love story that put a smile on my face. Any man who will take on a homeless cat is a hero in my book!
