Although well written and an interesting concept. I didn't feel any empathy with the characters. For me it was slightly soulless. I do feel it is important to have a relationship with at least one of the characters and I had none.

I enjoyed this book. The structure and mixing up of timelines works very well, and gives a deliberate sense of confusion. I would recommend this story for anyone who enjoys psychological thrillers.

What a great twisty turny thriller with a big "OH!!!" Moment 2/3 of the way through. Bit of a Clare Macintosh I let you go style twist.
Really strong for this genre.

What a clever book. It was easy to read, and understand, well I thought I understood it, until the twists and turns started. A woman who is helpless, in a coma, but can hear, and eventually see what is going on around her. Did she imagine some of what she saw, heard. Did she imagine some of what she remembered? You tell me! I don't normally read a book a second time, but I do want to read this one, now that I know I got it wrong, right from the start! Loved the book.

Imagine you are in a coma after an accident and you can't remember what happened. All around you are people talking, but can you make sense of the present and the past. Very good suspense novel, with lots of shocking twists and turns. Truly suspensefull, this book will mislead and surprise the reader. A very, very good thriller.

OMG this book is brilliant !!!! a real page turner ,full of twists and turns that left me breathless .The story flew along, told from the past and the present .I loved the characters though they were rather complex and not what they may seem !! The ending was brilliant I was guessing right to the very end .If I could give more than 5 stars I would !!!

Compelling and dark, the characters keep you guessing till the end. Enjoyable and compulsive - i read it in one sitting.
