This was a fun, light read with endearing central characters and a cute dog.
High feel-good factor and ideal for those spare hours in the the Christmas period when you need your spirits uplifting.

After years of early starts and working for other people, Sarah decides to run her own cake making business. When the local café agrees to see them, it’s great news and even better when it’s run by the very handsome David. As she’s working her own hours, it also means that she can get a dog, so decides to get a rescue dog. The one that catches her eye is a little dachshund called Malteaser. Whilst dog walking, she catches the eye of fellow dog walker Nick. Could there be something with David or Nick? With Christmas on the way, Sarah just might find out!
This was a cute little read, and at only just over 100 pages a nice quick read also. The story of Sarah and her new business, her new dog and her two new men friends is perfect for a cosy read. It is a Christmas themed book, but to be honest it can be read at any time of year! There are lots of tasty food references, with an added recipe thrown in, and, of course, lots of dog! If you are a dog lover, then this is definitely the perfect book for you!
An fun little book to pass away a couple of hours!
