At last! The long awaited final part of the story which had ended on a big cliff-hanger. This is a short instalment but it is eventful with plenty of surprises. As it is short and sweet I won’t give anything away but it is a lovely end to the series. Bella Osborne has written a slice of village life with drama both big and small, sorrows and joys, and with memorable characters – Ernie, Shirley and Doris in particular! This finale really is the icing on the cake…. If you want light, warm and wonderfully happy you will not be at all disappointed!
