Another very enjoyable story from A. Offutt. I have always been entertained by Mr. Offutts' books and this one is no exception. Well paced story with well done character development and of course, world building. The other interesting slant for me was the otherworld element that introduces our main character. Of course, once we find ourselves in the land where our tale takes place the Offutt action begins. Well done story, plenty of action and an interesting plot. Recommended for sure.

This is an old fashioned fantasy.
Unfortunately this is a reprint of a 1976 story and it shows its age.
