This is my bad, I requested this not realising it was the 6th book in a series so imagine my surprise when I was 34% in and was still feeling very confused.
So sadly I can't give any fair feedback other than the writing is good and I did like the little world-building I managed to figure out considering I had zero previous knowledge.
This was my first book that explored Pegasus lore and I thought it was really cool.
