I really enjoyed this book , having spent my honeymoon in Rome , I loved the descriptions of the city as Kate was exploring it ! I found Kate a very likeable carachter and enjoyed her blossoming romance with Allesandro ! Really warm hearted and upbeat I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it , and would very much like to see a sequel to find out how Kate is settling in and how her business is going ! Excellent read , many thanks for the opportunity !

This was my 1st book of 2017 and what a lovely way to start on a light hearted read with an amazing city being the main feature.

Having been to Rome I can imagine what Kate felt when she first saw some of the sight and how in awe she must have been.

I loved the characters and I really want to meet Jamie and go to dinner with him, he sounds like he would be great fun.

Kate is a fun character and shows that when life gives you lemons you are able to make lemonade. Taking her first trip away after a divorce. And boy did she do it in style!

What a perfect light hearted read. Tilly has represented Rome in such a beautiful way. I now want to go back.

I have fallen in love with Tillys writing and cannot wait for more books from her in the future.

Kate comes home one day to find her husband in the middle of leaving her, this came as a big shock for Kate as her and Matt were teen sweethearts and have been married for so long.

She jets off to Rome for a bit of a holiday and instantly finds herself at home.

I loved reading this and finding out whether she stays in Rome or settles back in England.

This was truly beautiful. An early summer read that puts you in the mood for a holiday. I've never been to Rome but after reading this I feel like ive been already.

I have read a few books by Tilly Tennant so was eager to read Rome is Where the Heart Is and found it to be an easy read. I did however feel that the plot dragged a little bit and found it hard to really fall in love with the main characters.
I felt that the romantic relationship between the main character Kate and her Italian love interest Alessandro was lacking and i wish that the author had of explored their relationship a little more. I didn't
Really feel their connection.
Overall the book was enjoyable and I did finish it in 2 sittings. A light hearted read for any Chick Lit fan.

Really enjoyed this book, I found it to be funny, light, warm with a touch of emotional issues life can throw at you. The relationships between the 3 sisters was very real and you could feel the love they have for each other fall out of the pages. I found the 3 sisters to be the main part of the plot which was lovely as it gave the book depth with many layers.
I would recommend this book and look forward to reading more from Tilly.
I enjoyed it very much.
