I've been hoping for years for more about Lord Ambrose, and was so glad to finally see a new book! This one was very short and quick to read, and I loved seeing this character make another appearance! I do wish Elisabeth would have had more of a role in this book, but otherwise, I enjoyed this adventure of Lord Ambrose! The story was fast paced and had plenty of action. Thanks to the publisher and NetGalley for providing a copy of the book in return for an honest review.
