I was so disappointed, because I was unable to view this book.

Though there is some potential in the novels, this a very dry, dense, dull bind up of two novels. The history behind each is fascinating and makes for good plots, however the author's style does her no favors. A long hard read for little reward.

This is not my type of book, it is full of dark, vicious people, with no redemptive gualities whatsoever! I found it to be very depressing. If you are into people going through life, totally self centered, and living only for the evil they can aspire too, then this is for you.
