Vividly written historical detail lets you live the life. Well drawn, believable characters and a sensual romance make this worthwhile reading. The characters are easy to empathise, and Jemma, Hannah's daughter, has a lovely cameo in the book.
It's great to be back with 'The Men of Fir Mountain ', This series is perfect for lovers of North American historical fiction with enduring romance.

This was a fantastic historical romance. I couldn't put it down once I started it. This author is a first for me and I love her style. It appears that there are two prior books in this series. I definitely will be going back and reading them and any upcoming ones as well. Nate and Hannah made for a perfect couple and I loved her little girl, Jemma. If you want a romance book with substance, then look no further. I HIGHLY recommend this book!!

Really enjoyed it. Great characters and the story was very interesting

Hannah and Nate's story. Set in the old west in Oregon, there are outlaws, rustlers, and of course the lawmen and ranchers who stand in their way. This story has a sweet romance, and was hard to put down. This is the 3rd in the series, but I was not lost at all. Really liked the way Nate treated her little girl too. Overall a warm and sweet story, with a little trust issues and a little crime thrown in to keep the action moving. Highly recommend this book and author. Now I want to read the others in the series.
