An easy read with a reasonable storyline. Julie has brought up her son James as a single mum. She applies for a job at Trevor's medical practice and Trevor discovers he has a son. There is an element of anguish and emotion but perhaps not enough to keep it interesting.
Really enjoyed this book another great read from a super author just perfect for a lazy weekend.I just loved Trevor and Julie they were great characters if you like secret child romances then this is for you. Would recommend
This book is well written with very likeable characters ill be honest I was surprised she came clean so early on in the book but it was also refreshing.
I enjoyed the book but at times it lagged and went on a bit too much and I found myself wishing they get to the point.
but overall a sweet read.
The cover of this book might lead you to believe that it is part of the racier strand of M&B novel but it is really rather a sweet read. I did find it a bit difficult to believe how quickly and easily the hero accepted that he had a teenage son he never knew existed but on the whole this was a pleasant read which put me in a good mood every time I picked it up.
I always struggle with books where the heroine keeps a child secret, for various reasons, from the dad. I always wonder how the hero could forgive and therefore before I've started, I have misgivings about the Heroine. As i finished it, I still couldn't bring myself to warm to Julie. It was an ok read
