Good book. easy to read and easy to comprehend. It was organized well and quite enjoyed it.Lots of interesting information and found a few new things i did not know before.

I really disagree with the whole mindset behind the ideas that are promoted in this book but nonetheless it's interesting to know how people think people should be or how they should be, i.e. a productive person and have a personality that is conducive to increasing production.

Understand thyself first, before attempting to lead and influence others. It's tough to review this title in a way that is meaningful to all because each person reading it will have their own ah-ha's, insights and awakenings based on their unique profile and life experience.

At any rate, I highly recommend giving it a read and then apply the conclusions you draw.

Though I found it hard to get through the first chapter, the insights gained were worth reading this book.
