Let me start off by saying I'm immediately hooked from the beginning and within a few pages I knew that this was going to be a fav read for me.

How the two main characters meet had me giggling and smiling like an utter fool.

"Tinker Bell, can you get a clue for a fucking minute?" that line right there produced a snort and a giggle from me without a doubt.

This storyline and the characters had me completely leaving my world of reality and I submersed myself into this book. I don't quite even know why it did and it hard to put it into words.

But something about this story made me escape. My heart constantly pounding throughout with feelings of giddiness at the Fawn's reactions to Levi. I got the butterflies and the goosebumps imagining myself to be her. I feel as though I completely imagined myself being Fawn herself.

Aurora Rose Reynolds is brilliant when it comes to writing male heroines that I completely fall in love with. They call to me on a whole other level. She is an Alpha male master in my opinion and Levi is definitely Alpha and he definitely made me feel things. The way he spoke, the way he acted, all of it... and I found myself wanting to be the object of his affection.

This book also had bits of humor in it that I absolutely loved especially with Fawn. She had this way of making me relate to her and her awkwardness. Foot in mouth syndrome that made me chuckle but at the same time I thought I can see myself doing those things.

Then there are their families. OH MY GOD LMFAO again I felt like they were mine and my husbands families. CRAZY AF !!!!! Hilarious and inappropriate but completely lovable.

I could literally go on and on about this book and all the things I loved about it. I think I highlighted the entire thing and I will say without a doubt that I will reread this over and over again. I found a new fav series and I am not surprised in the slightest that it comes from Aurora Rose Reynolds. She is so crazy talented and her characters are ones that I find so easy to fall in love with. Her stories always take me on a journey and I want to live in her books. This deserves more than five stars in my opinion.

Running into Love is a cute, fast-paced story about two people who need each other. Their relationship moves quickly, but that's what Aurora Rose Reynolds does best. Levi and Fawn seem perfect for each other and the cast of characters around them made the story all that much cuter (Family! You both love and hate them at the same time! ha!)

Running into Love is a story about Fawn, who is a 5th grade teacher with some quirkiness and Levi, a sweet and charming detective who falls for Fawn from the start. I love, love loved Levi's patience with Fawn and the way he loved and cared about her, but I struggled at times with Fawn's naivety and/or immaturity. Levi's feelings about Fawn were insanely clear from the start, yet she seemed somewhat oblivious at times. I loved the scenes throughout the book with all the crazy family members, which added to the charm of the book. Runing into Love was an engaging read with a HEA and while I overall really enjoyed the book, main struggles were in regards to Fawn's character. I am a huge fan of Aurora Rose Reynolds work and will continue to read all of her books!!!

Running into Love was what Aurora Rose Reynolds does best; Alpha Male with an adorable leading lady. The story was a lot of fun and somewhat OTT but you know what I really enjoyed. It had plenty of humour and sweet and sexy moments. I loved Fawn and Levi separately and together and they had great chemistry. This was a real feel good read and one I'd be happy to be recommend.

I was provided with a copy of this book from the Publisher via NetGalley; there was no inducement or obligation.

After three days of being neck deep in angsty pnr crazies this book was a godsend.

Aurora's books always work for me. I've never disliked anything she's wrote however this is one of my favourites. I will be the first to say that there is a few unanswered questions in here that leave you with a wtf face for a few minutes after. However they weren't significant enough for me to ruin the story or sway my feelings for the characters. That is literally the only thing in my opinion that could potentially be a bothersome thing for others.

Fawn is cute as hell, I really did enjoy her character. She's a little pocket rocket, feisty quirky and all round a little nuts. I found her character to be extremely relatable, very sweet and down to earth. She had her insecurities like most humans and she showed her vulnerability but not in a overbearing way. I enjoyed her character growth throughout the book, I really liked learning all the different sides to her personality. Funny, sweet, kind and beautiful she was an all round likeable character.

Levi, sweet Levi... that man was a sweetheart. His character fitted Fawns to perfection. He was an alpha male and he had that sexy dark possessive side to him however he was also extremely patient and gentle. He never rushed anything, always the perfect balance of hard and soft. I loved that he loved her crazy, his more silent patients to her bubbly chattering made for a sweet combination. He wasn't afraid to be vulnerable or show his emotions to her, he took the lead making sure she knew how he felt and that when she was ready he'd be there. I loved him, he wasn't your typical dominant overbearing alpha but I really loved him for Fawn and just his character in general.

The story is more of a slow burner. It's sweet, very low angst and just an all round great romance story. I loved that it isn't filled with unnecessary drama or random crap to fill the pages. It purely them and their story but it's enough. I enjoyed the side characters and their crazy antics.. it was entertaining for sure. The chemistry between the H/h is palpable from the start and the slow burn makes it all the more exciting. I loved the relationship between them and the side characters, not once did any of it feel displaced or forced. It read seamlessly and took you on a rollercoaster of emotions. I really enjoyed this story and I can't wait for what's next.

I kindly received this ARC from netgalley in exchange for an honest review.

I'll start this review by saying that Aurora Rose Reynolds is one of those authors that I can't resist buying her books because I ALWAYS enjoy them a lot! Her Until series and the spin-offs Until Her and Until Him are some of my favourite books ever. When I learned she was starting a new series I knew I had to have it!
This book is about a couple that meets in a typical "meet cute" way. I got to say this wasn't as good as some of her previous work because I enjoy some more angst in my romance and Running into You doesn't have that much angst or a "dark side" but nevertheless it was a really well written book with a really cute story.
The MCs were great together, I really liked Fawn's shyness and the way Levi dealt with it, never getting too upset about it because he knew (and I TOTALLY agree with him on this) that it was what made her so darn adorable and lovable. The only criticism I have is that the drama with his case involving one of her kids (she was a teacher) could have come sooner and not be over so quickly, it would have been more suspenseful but this wasn't enough for me to not enjoy the book.
I loved their families and I'm really looking forward to Lucas' book (please let it be with Libby) and to Mac's too (Wesley for the win)
Despite not being my favourite work of hers to date, it was still Aurora Rose Reynolds so obviously I enjoyed it and would recommend to anyone wanting to read a cute romance with engaging characters and low on angst or suspense.

You know when you read a book and know everyone else is going to love it, but you didn't.... that is this book for me. I know I am going to be the rare person who didn't love this book. I just didn't get it. There was so many unanswered questions for me. But, that is what happens when I read ARR books.

Fawn was quirky... maybe too quirky. She starts off the book running in NYC with her eyes closed. Like... what?? What adult does this? In the city no less! I thought she got something in her eye. Or maybe she was blinded by the sun. But, we never find out.

And Levi is all in from the start. He must have patients of a saint. Fawn and her sisters are always into something.

Is tugged with this one. Skimmed towards the end to see what happened. But, I already kinda knew because it was a ARR book.

I love this author and when IO saw she had a new book I was desperate to read it but I was disappointed.
The heroine Fawn is a bit funny at first but it wears thin and she becomes annoying.
The book is basically them getting together with very little angst and a small amount of extra story-line via his job.
There is a lot of potential for future stories with siblings and I would probably try those as I know with her 'Until' series they were hit and miss, and as a reader if an author writes a series about different couples you are going to connect with some more than others and I am hoping to connect with some of the other future books in this series as there were hinted at some good ones.

I've just read this in one sitting. I only stopped to either get a drink, have food or pee lol.
Levi.. Is one hot man and he's a detective for NYPD ♡ Yep I'm totally in love with him. His character was just sweet, loving, total caveman and swoony.
Fawn.. She's a sweet and loving character. Her and Levi's meeting made me chuckle. I love her and Muffin. The way Muffin ignores Fawn because Levi is near haha love it.

I received an ARC from NetGalley to read and review. The below is my honest, unbiased opinion. Thank you, Aurora Rose Reynolds, the publisher, and NetGalley, for allowing me to review.

RUNNING INTO LOVE is the story of Fawn Reed, a girl who's given up on finding her one true love--until, that is, she meets Levi Fremont, a homicide detective with a nonexistent love life and who's new to New York City. After a few too many comedic encounters, the two finally realize they're perfect for each other.

This was my first Aurora Rose Reynolds book, and I enjoyed it. I liked the light, love, flirty, fun, comedic aspect to the book, and the author did a great job weaving those lighthearted moments throughout. Fawn is a loveable, cute heroine, and Levi is a typical alpha male. These tropes are common in this genre, though, and Reynolds executes them well. I enjoyed the thrilling and suspense elements thrown in thanks to Levi's job. It made this more than the typical romantic comedy, a genre that's definitely saturating the romance market.

Overall, it was a quick, fun read that I'd recommend to fans of romantic comedies with alpha males.

I never pass up a chance to read a book by ARR. Everything she writes is like magic! This was different than her usual. but I still enjoyed reading it, the only thing that annoyed me was Fawn's stuttering when she first starts up with Levi. But otherwise, it was such a sweet and well developed story. I want more, so much more.. Lucas and Wesley need to have books with Fawn's sisters. gah. Love! I'll be stalking, i mean watching, for the next release!!

BOOK BLURB

Fawn Callaghan has kissed one too many toads and has finally decided that Prince Charming doesn’t exist. After countless mishaps, mistakes, and unmitigated disasters on the dating scene, she’s decided to give up and move on with her life…solo.

Everything changes, however, after Fawn runs into Levi Fremont, a homicide detective new to New York City.

Dedication to the job has rendered Levi’s love life nonexistent—until he moves in next door to the free-spirited Fawn. After a series of comedic run-ins push them together, will they finally give in to the inevitable and realize—maybe—they are perfect for each other?

My Thoughts

You know how family makes you crazy when they all get together for special occasions like holidays or even just because? Wait till you meet Fawn and Levi’s families and you just might rethink what crazy really means to you!

Fawn Callaghan despairs ever finding her own special someone since she has had nothing but bad luck with guys forever, that is until an infuriatingly handsome single police detective moves into her apartment building and turns out to be her across-the-hall new neighbor.

Levi Fremont could not believe that the woman who collided with him during his morning run was also his new neighbor in the building which he would now call home, thanks to a job promotion moving him to New York to work.

When these two are together they light up the pages, they are totally in sync with one another right from the start and though things do move very fast readers still get the sense of how perfect they are for each other. More so as the story progresses and the two grow closer and reveal more of themselves to each other.

The shy, sweet nerd and the intense, protective alpha male belong together but convincing Fawn took Levi a bit of effort until one fateful night proved to them both life without each other was unthinkable.

I have one other thing to let slip and that is Thanksgiving was never as much fun as the one Fawn and Levi share, believe me when you get to that part of the book you will know what I mean.

Filled with some of the most creative ways to manage embarrassing both Fawn and Levi by their respective family members this was a wonderful introduction to both the new series and the new to me author.

I especially appreciated the epilogue which allowed the reader a look into the future for Fawn and Levi, it was a wonderful gift I was not expecting at the end.

One crazy heroine.
One persistent detective.
One dog who just won't listen to its owner.
Put is all together and you have the makings for a romance that is light on the angst and heavy on the sweet and sexy.

Fawn is an interesting heroine. Just like Levi, her new hot neighbor, I thought she was a nutjob at first. Upon closer inspection, she's just a nut who's a bit klutzy, which I can relate to. And even though each encounter with Fawn is ridiculous, Levi is immediately intrigued.

The connection between the Fawn and Levi is slow to develop. Frankly, if it wasn't for her dog, Muffin, they'd be over before they ever started anything. Why? Because Fawn is a nut. For some bizarre reason, a gorgeous neighbor, who is beyond kind, and seems to have a definite interest in her, is something she'd rather avoid. Not sure why other than referring to her previously mentioned behavior.

"You're making me dizzy."

Although Levi is Alpha, being a NY detective and not letting up in his pursuit of Fawn, he really is the ultimate sweetheart.
The cake.
The dog walks.
Making breakfast.
Offering protection at every step.
All of it is there for the reader to swoon.

"I'm lost in you, baby."

He is also super patient with Fawn, making sure he doesn't move too fast. However, one sweet gesture by Fawn over the holidays really sets everything into motion. And it also provides some humor with guest overload.

As book one in a new series from the author, this book has plenty of side characters, whom I've already started paring off. We'll see what direction the author takes the other stories, but I would guess Fawn's two sisters, Libby and Mackenzie "Mac", will each get their own story. I also think Lucas, Levi will either be part of one of their stories, or get his own too. But we'll just have to wait and see. With Fawn and Levi's crazy mom's becoming reunited BFFs, we are also likely to see more from them.

Other than the couple's story, there is a side story involving one of Fawn's students and a suspect that Levi is chasing. I thought this was a little predictable but it did provide opportunity for both of the main characters to realize that life is short and fast track their future.

If you are looking for a super swoon-worthy book boyfriend, this book might have just what you are looking for.

Fawn Reed has decided she is giving up on the dating game, there are too many rules to follow and it always leaves her feeling like love is just not possible. Fawn inadvertently runs into a man while jogging, he is stunningly gorgeous but getting flustered she storms off.

Levi Fremont has moved with his new job as homicide detective in NYC. Levi certainly is interested in Fawn and when he realizes that she is skittish about him, he acts on it.

**SPARKS FLY**

What an amazing start to a new series by Aurora Rose Reynolds! Sassy school teacher meets Alpha detective.

I absolutely love all the words Aurora Rose Reynolds writes! She never disappoints!

If you loved the Until series you will love this one as well. Fawn and Levi's story is funny, enduring, and believable. Toss in a side of crazy family members, an ill manners pup and some heartbreaking moments, you have a recipe for success. Could not but it down and can't wait for the next book in the series.

I'm a fan of Aurora Rose Reynolds. I've read every book of her Until series and the spin offs as well. This one did not disappoint. I have to say that it does have some similarities, like Levi and his similar alpha male qualities to the Mayson brothers.
I thought that Fawn was a bit of goof and ditzy but I liked her. Her goofy qualities reminded me of... well, me.

It was a good read and I look forward to the rest of the series!

What a way to start a serious! Aurora Rose Reynolds brings us a sweet and funny love story that will have you cracking up. We are introduced to Fawn Reed, a fifth grade teacher. She literally runs into Levi Fremont, an NYPD Detective. Fawn is quirky, stubborn, caring, clumsy, sometimes awkward and funny with out-of-control hair. Levi is your classic alpha! He is a hot, kind and chivalrous guy. The banter between Fawn and Levi is great!

There are so many fun one liners!

“You must be a natural blonde.”
“And you must be a natural asshole.”

When you add in an animal it's even funnier. Fawn has an Irish wolfhound named “Muffin” and the scenes with her are just laugh out loud funny!

“What the hell is that thing?” he asks as his eyes drop to Muffin, who is trying to push past me to get to him.
“It’s a chicken. Now do you have my headphones or not?”

Of course both Fawn and Levi come from crazy families! So when they meet…complete chaos!

This was such a light and fun read! I flew through the book. It flowed really well and definitely a new classic for Aurora Rose Reynolds. If you want a “pick me up and take me away”- then this is for you. No one writes hot alpha/strong female/romantic love stories like Aurora Rose Reynolds! I look forward to the next book in the Fluke My Life series. I think it will be Levi’s brother, Lucas’s story……
