This is the second in the Quintana series and certainly outranks the first book. It is pacey and has an understandable story line. Easier to follow and a bit less off the wall at least until the last 60 or so pages. I feel this author tries to get a bit of everything into the storyline and so stretches credulity a bit. There was plenty to enjoy in this book but I cannot say i was fully convinced

Steven can't let go of the past and trying to find those responsible for what happened in the Bahamas. There is a reality show coming and Steven wants to stop it and get the responsible parties. Julia just wants him to stay with her and leave the past in the past. They make a deal which takes him from Los Angeles to San Francisco to Hong Kong and back in a short time trying to stop this underground show of taking prisoners from prisons around the world to fight each other on a plane. As Steven follows the info he finds Julia follows him trying ot help and keep him safe. Can their love survive? Can Steven survive?

I enjoyed a new spin on the HGTV/Reality T.V. craze.

I enjoyed the constant action but I was worried as towards the end it seemed the author was losing control but then the ending fleshed right out,

Reality TV at it's worst, betting for the lives of the participants.
Steven Quintana is trying to stop them risking his own life.
There's a lot of action, but the characters lack depth. I did not really feel for them.
