A creative introduction for young children to mindfulness. Each book section can be used to create meditation mantras for children before sleep.

This cute book functions as support for alphabet learning, but it's best attribute is that it offers suggestions for living a positive life. The images are bright and the illustrations are simple. The rhyming pattern will draw young readers in. This title will best be enjoyed by a toddler or pre-K child.

First off, I would move the “What is mindful” to the front of the book instead of at the back. This will help to explain why Breath, Kindness, and Zen fall in the book. For many kids these will be new words, and I think it needs explained at the beginning the lesson that is to be learned.

Mindful begins with the letter M and this book invites you find the invitation for a happy, healthy mind and body from A through Z. A genuine book of thorough throughtfulness for little heads with big hearts.

I really love how the mindfulness movement is reaching out to our younger generations these days. This book is an excellent resource for parents, caregivers, and educators that want to start teaching the basis of mindfulness with the familiar format of using the alphabet for structure. The text is simple yet instructive and the illustrations are colorful.

Though the text seems a smidge advanced for the intended age, the illustrations are wonderful and the concepts should--for the most part--be taught to every age and reinforced over the years :)

This book is so cute! I will be ordering if for my child too. As a fellow yogi and seeker of mindfulness, I adore this little book.

This is obviously an ARC, but once some of the mistakes are fixed, this will be a lovely book. The illustrations are fun and happy, and I love that they include people of all races. Each page has a letter of the alphabet, a word that starts with that letter, and a short rhyming description. A few of the words are a bit of a stretch to fit the topic of mindfulness, and a few of the descriptions are confusing and would do well to be revised. Overall its a lovely book, and will be even more so once the final version is published.

Good illistrations and fun messages using alphabet. The words and descriptions are easy for kids to understand. Fun to read with kids. Very entertaining!
