I had a sampler of this book from Net Galley. I wasn’t expecting a miracle cure for loosing weight and I admire and hold anyone in high esteem for loosing so much weight as I’m struggling myself. So who am I to judge!

I loved her mindset in this and how she was true to herself and others.
I think I enjoyed what she had to say more than the recipes themselves. Although, there is nothing new under the sun, in other words, it’s nothing that I haven’t been told before.

Portion, eat less, move more. If it were that simple I’d say we wouldn’t have a problem.

So although I liked what she had written of her own experience and may be good for them, it’s a debate if this is fact.

It worked for her, it may work for many others.
But blimey! She’s lost one heck of a lot of weight practicing what she’s preached.

I can’t help but think, another celebrity trying to make money from it though.

A useful read - this book contains sensible advice and good recipes to help with your weight loss journey. No fads, just good advice.

This small taster whetted my appetite for the full book. Lisa is a total inspiration and I look forward to trying her recipes and reading her words of wisdom.

In easy to understand language and written by someone who definitely has "worn that t-shirt". It is skilfully laid out in a way that is easy to understand and therefore easy to carry out. Well done Lisa, this excerpt showed how to turn around one's life.

Loved it! I know there are millions of diet books out there but I really enjoyed Lisa's approach. Normally it's all about making changes with your diet and your shopping habits but Lisa encourages us to be honest with ourselves and I think honesty is what we fail to do when dieting.I love her writing style and the way the book is laid out and the fact that she followed this and has kept the weight off(which a number of celebrities don't manage) makes it an enjoyable and helpful read.

Lisa, I salute you, your honesty and values are inspiring. When you read it, its like she is on loose women talking to you. From what I read I really enjoyed this. Thank you for being a human being and talking to us not at us!

I enjoyed the personal component to this book, with Lisa telling her weight loss story. It made me feel less like I was the only one who struggles with weight loss. The recipes sound good and I can't wait to try some of them out.

The sample of receipes look delicious and I will definetely be trying them out soon. This book will be ideal for anyone wishing to get slimmer without feeling cheated. Lisa is inspiring because she has done it and is proof that diets can work.

This is a nice sampler of the book. Featuring three delicious looking recipes. A good look at what the book can be.

A nice sampler for this book but I must say that I wasn't feeling very inspired by the recipes that were included. Yes they are very simple recipes and suitable to the 'lazier' cook just not for me.

I enjoy a good easy to follow cook book, and the simpler the better - so when the ingredients include 'lazy ' products its already a winner! Of the three meals in the sampler I tried the sesame Steak Stir-Fry. Simple, tasty, and I like that the per serving info breaks down the nutritional values for you too.

After seeing Lisa on multiple tv shows advertising her weight loss, I was incredibly intrigued as to what her secret was. I was excited to see the sampler for her book on here. I was really disappointed to find it was a generic weight loss cook book. The same recipes I've seen recycled a thousand times, and overall nothing extraordinary. Not my cup of tea and I won't be purchasing the full book now

This book has certainly grabbed my interest and basing my review on a sampler, I cannot wait to read the whole book. Lisa Riley couldn't have been more honest and told it as it is. I could do with losing some weight and am sure I will find the motivation to do so from this book. Being that this was a sampler, there were only a couple of recipes. Whether you like these recipes or not, I am sure it will be easy to adapt a recipe to suit one's taste. Recommended.

Excited to see this available, as I'd seen it in the shops the other day and was keen to see what the book was all about. I'm sure when I requested the book it wasn't listed as a sampler, but it is now! Hey, not really that bothered as I just wanted a taster to see whether it was worth investing in. To be honest, I'm not a lover of celebrity diet books, and I've also never taken to Lisa Riley. But, fair play to the woman, she has lost 12 stones in weight and she looks absolutely fantastic!! The beginning of the book was quite inspiring and gave me food for thought (ha! see what I did there!) Her idea of eat less and move more is so simple it's ridiculous, but sometimes you do need to see it written down to make you listen!

There wasn't many of the recipes in the sampler, but the ones that were in there sounded nice and simple and looked good in the pictures! I will definitely be giving this book a try!
