I've purchased copies for myself, my library and family members. A beautifully written, accessible, and supportive introduction.

I thought this was a great guide, but I don't see many people going for it. It is definitely geared towards a younger crowd with how it is written in dialogue.

Absolutely adored this! It's a compact, easily understandable and very informative guide with well drawn illustrations and I just want to hand this out to everyone who's ever said that singular "they/them" pronouns are stupid …

This book is exactly what it claims to be. It was a quick, enjoyable, and informative read. I did find it interesting that a book asking people to be more opinion minded and inclusive would claim that choosing not to use gender-neutral pronouns is rude, selfish, and lazy. That could be a turn off for people that are still wrapping their minds around this issue.

Loved this introduction to they/them pronouns and gender neutral language. The examples were super helpful, I look forward to using them. I really liked the aspects of what being a true ally means, not just the easy steps but the hard ones too! Thank you for creating such a great and needed resource.

Funny and educational, A Quick & Easy Guide to They/Them Pronouns' simplistic and honest approach did this book justice. It's a book that everyone should read. It's really illuminating and that's what we need most of these days. Understanding, and most importantly, acceptance.

Probably the best way for people to learn about they/them pronouns. This book is not just a guide but is a collection of every little thing that people should be learning but can never find the best resource to. The writing is easy to read and comprehend, making the entire process of 'learning' easier. The cute art is like an icing to the cake. I even love the tinge of humour that some scenes had. Not only was there a breakdown of all things that one needs to understand about genderqueer but also instances to demonstrate how being adressed by the wrong pronoun can affect someone. Overall, certainly recommended!

This is a short comic with a very narrow topic and that's good. I enjoyed the narrators quite a lot and found the information presented in a straight forward, easy to understand way. I did come to this book already knowing quite a lot about gender neutral pronouns so I'm not sure how someone new to the concept would find it. The frustration of being misgendered is handled really well and was probably the best part of the book for me. The book is about making other people understand the they pronoun and I think it did it's job.

It's a quick and educational book that talks about they/them pronouns, one of those pronouns that people seem to have the most problems with ('it's ungrammatical' whining mostly), and I think it's great that a book like this exists. And a lot of us have to get used to not gender person immediately by using she or he pronouns, but also learn that they/them pronouns are as valid and as used even for the singular nowadays.

A quick and easy way to teach kids about pronouns through the use of graphic novels. I think that kids will enjoy reading the graphic novel, but will pick up information on pronouns.

Important information. At 70 pages, I'd personally prefer more charts and less story. But that may be because I already have a working knowledge of the topic. Otherwise, good story for gender newbies.

Quick, funny, insightful and educative.

I consider myself to be a fairly open-minded person when it comes to gender issues but I'll be the first to admit that the gender neutral/gender fluid/non-binary end of the LGBTQIA+ spectrum leaves me fuzzy as hell. This book went a long way to clear some of the fuzz on my brain.

It was sharp , to the point, had great visuals (it is a graphic/comic novel) and managed to convey important information to the reader. It also made very poignant statements that helped me immensely. Some of which are:

Archie - "Part of being an ally is to correct others when they make mistakes even if it makes you uncomfortable"

Tristan - "Awww, but I wanted my "good ally sticker without having any hard conversations or making anyone in my life middle uncomfortable." - This cracked me up!But, was deep as well.

"I mean, when your friend Robert asks you to call him Bob, you don't think twice about it.So why are you being a jerk about this?" - This made me laugh, then pause with a dramatic "Oh."

This book is in no way a comprehensive guide to all things gender neutral/non-binary/gender fluid but it certainly went a long way to lay the foundations upon which I hope to build further knowledge on. Loved it.

This is an excellent primer for both cis and non-binary folk on pronouns, their usage, common confrontations, and issues, I suggest every workplace/library should have a copy.

Very charming, extremely quick reading intro to They/Them pronouns and non-binary identity. It's designed in a conversational style as an almost HR pamphlet, it's quick and clear and even a little cheesy.

Informative, fun, and I want everyone I know to read this! Love the simplicity and logical progression in how this was constructed.

An easy, informative, and funny guide to using gender neutral pronouns. I appreciated the discussion of why using someone's correct pronouns is important and the emotional toll it can take on those who are repeatedly misgendered. A quick read and one worth sharing.

This was an adorable and helpful graphic novel with good illustrations. It was also a quick read so that was a plus. This book is perfect for those who need clarification of pronouns or just want to read a different type of graphic novel.

This definitely fills a void. Incredibly helpful. Worthwhile for teens. I hadn't even realized some of the issues it brought up. Great for readers with an open mind. Definitely recommend!

This Non-fiction graphic novel is narrated by a genderqueer artist who uses “they/them” pronouns and a cis male writer who uses “he/him” pronouns. The two snarkily go back and forth to explain the grammatical mechanics of gender neutral pronouns, how to use them, how to integrate them into your everyday speech, and how to be an ally for your friends who use said gender neutral pronouns.

This is a quick read, but it still felt a bit long-winded. However, the information is great for someone who is trying to figure out how to start openly using gender neutral pronouns or if a friend/family member has just asked you to use gender neutral pronouns.

As a non-binary librarian, this book has been on my TBR list for a while and I'm glad to finally have a chance to do so! Overall, this is a great introduction to they/them pronouns - enough so that I am considering purchasing it for my family and partner's family as a crash course! The main complaint I have about this book is the section on asking/defending. On the subject of coming to someone's defense, each person is going to be different and if you're friends with a person it's always safest to double check what kind of situations they want you to say something. In terms of asking a stranger's or acquaintance's pronouns, the risk is making someone who is non-binary or trans uncomfortable, forcing them into a corner to either come out or misgender themselves to avoid it. Offering your pronouns can be fine but in both cases, please be aware of the type of situation you're in and remember the fact that you might accidentally out someone. I largely felt that this section could have focused on this fact a little more.

Beyond that though, (which despite the text wall is only related to a very small section of the book) I very much enjoyed this book! It's quick and to the point and is great for someone unfamiliar with gender-neutral pronouns and non-binary persons!
