I loved these three stories of the series. It was fun watching Lucian fall in love and he is supposed to be the dark brother. The other two characters (heroes) are considered monsters and dark but they are good people and try to do what is right for their kind. I'm glad I got to read these and I am going to continue the series. More great stories from Cynthia, well I guess I better go finish the series.....

Without my review being too long (this is three books in one) I will give you my thoughts on the books overall. Cynthia Eden writes a great paranormal novel with hero’s that can be a bit of an alpha-hole but fall head over heels for the heroine. Her heroines are strong and capable equals for their HEA’s. Her world building is imaginative, the mythology fascinating and her dialog is snappy and witty. Great read for the paranormal lover!

I'm always surprised when I read paranormal romances that I enjoy so much, but then again, Cynthia Eden's world is relatable, it's hard not to like it. So many of the paranormal elements were believable, the romance plausible and enjoyable. This first book kicks off the series, and once I was finished I read the next two ... the Thorne brothers are fun, but Luke makes me think of Mel Brooks: "it's good to be king."

Great series if you like a little paranormal romance! I started off reading Cynthia Eden's Lost series which was a great series so had some trepidation switching to a paranormal series. I was greatly surprised and really enjoyed this book! I liked the characters and the story line a lot and cannot wait to start on the other books in the series.

The first book is about Luke, the head bad@$$ of the dark creatures that roam the earth. Mina shows up needing something from Luke but she tries to trick him out of it instead of asking instead. Mina is in major trouble; she has a stalker obsessed with her who has a lot of power behind him. Luke isn't willing to give Mina up and doesn't think it will be an issue dealing with the stalker but things aren't as they seem. I don't want to spoil anything but Mina isn't what she seems nor is the group after her.

The second book is about Julian, a panther shifter who made a deal with Luke to save his love Rose in exchange for him being Luke's head assassin. Rose wants nothing to do with Julian since she didn't choose the life she is now living; Julian made that choice for her. However, someone is trying to "collect" specific paranormals for their own purpose and Rose is the final piece. Julian becomes her 24 hour bodyguard and the pull between the two is undeniable.

The third book is about Cass "the Reaper", a killing machine who is the last of his kind that cannot be killed himself. He is supposed to find and bring Amber to Luke. Amber is a strange mix of good and bad which is why she cannot be found by either the bad (Luke) or the good (Leo). While Cass finds Amber, there is some unrest in the ranks of the paranormals. A group of rebels wants to lead instead of Luke and Leo and they figure Amber is the key; Cass' job becomes much harder when he has to fight them as well as Amber herself. This book has some fantastic twists in it! It was one of my favorites for sure.

If you like paranormal romance, I would highly recommend this book.

I enjoyed Luke & Mina’s story so much, I couldn’t wait to read the rest of the series!

Every story in the set is awesome. Nice blend of romance and paranormal elements. Cynthia Eden is the queen of paranormal. LOVED IT!
