What The Single Dad Wants by Marie Ferrarella.
This is a quick read about Isabella Sinclair, a physiotherapist who takes on the job of helping elderly Broadway star Anastasia recover after breaking her hip. Anastasia is staying with her son Brandon Slade, a famous author. Sparks fly between Isabella and Slade and they both begin to wonder if they could give in to their needs without one or the other of them getting hurt.
This wasn't the most exciting of stories, but it was sweet, and I absolutely adored Anastasia, she made the story worth reading.
Capturing the Single Dad’s Heart by Kate Hardy
Nate Townsend, a surgeon, finds himself a single dad to 13-year-old Caitlin when his ex-wife tells him it's his turn to have their daughter live with him. He finds himself struggling to form a relationship with her. Thankfully help comes in the form of neurosurgeon Erin. Her past makes her the perfect person to get through to Caitlin. Spending time with Nate and Caitlin gives Erin and Nate the chance to start having romantic feelings towards each other. Feelings neither want, but can't seem to fight. Can they overcome the obstacles that should keep them apart and find love together?
This was a book that could easily have been a dark one because of the issue of a stepdaughter with issues, and also with regards to Erin's past. But the author wrote with enough positivity and added enough lighthearted moments that it countered the sadder issues and it all balanced out well. I loved the medical aspect of the book too and was fascinated by what I learned about spinal problems. You can't go wrong when you have a wonderful, believable romance added to getting a bit of an education too. I really enjoyed the story and happily recommend it.
Misty and the Single Dad by Marion Lennox
Misty is a teacher who's had to lead a staid, responsible life. As time goes on she gets closer to the opportunity to leave her job and town to finally live out her dreams of travelling and having adventures. All those plans seem to take a backwards step when Misty takes in a rescue dog and also meets Nicholas Holt and his son Bailey. All three of them need a stable life with a stable Misty in it. Can she give up her dreams to be all that they need, will that be enough for her, or will resentment eat away at her?
I adored this story, not least because of the large part a beautiful injured rescue dog played in it. Did you ever watch The Littlest Hobo about a dog that travelled around bringing joy to the lives he touched before moving on? Well, 'Ketchup' the dog doesn't move from town to town, but he is definitely a healing balm to all that have dealings with him, especially young Bailey. But forgetting 'Ketchup', I really enjoyed the romance developing between Misty and Nick, they seemed so right for each other even though it also seemed like it could all go so wrong. I wondered how the story could end happily with neither of them feeling as if they were missing out on anything, or losing anything. I wasn't disappointed with how it all worked out, they definitely had their happily ever after.
The Single Dad’s Patchwork Family by Claire Baxter
Chase and Regan are both single parents bringing up their children. Chase is a widow and has a daughter. Regan is divorced and has two sons. They both have a lot to deal with from their pasts, but when they meet, they realise that perhaps they might finally be able to move forward past the bad times. Maybe they can have a future together? There is definitely a strong attraction between them, will they act on it, or decide it's safer to stay friends.
What a lovely feel-good story this is. At times I thought things might have been a little too perfect, but then the author would throw in a curveball that got the angst flowing. It was a good balance, enough to keep the story realistic yet ultimately have you feeling happy for the characters. I enjoyed the fact that any intimate scenes between Chase and Regan were passionate yet without having too much detail. The children were really sweet, and there was a fabulous scene with them and the parents frolicking with sea lions which I adored. If you want to read a book that has you smiling nearly all the way through then I fully recommend this one.
Bride for the Single Dad by Jennifer Taylor
Dr Elliot Grey wants to move away from the rat race, he wants to bring his son up in the Yorkshire Dales where the air is fresh and life is hopefully more relaxed. His wife left him when his son was born with Spinabifida and he has been a single dad since. He's kept away from women and romance because he has lost all faith in love.
Polly Davies is a community midwife, jilted on the day of her wedding and determined to just focus on her work, she first meets Elliot when he is involved in a car accident. He is OK but the driver of the other car is in terrible pain. She is pregnant and the fear is that she is going into labour. Polly and Elliot argue whether it's best to leave the woman in the car until an ambulance and come with the proper equipment to remove her. But Polly insists that they can move her and must do it because if she is in labour she needs to be lying down.
From that moment on sparks fly between them, both have a lot of emotional baggage to deal with yet they both can't believe how strongly they feel towards each other. Will they be able to put their pasts behind them and move forward, or are they destined to stay apart?
The budding romance continues around various hospital cases with children as Elliot is a pediatric surgeon. It was fascinating and very emotional reading about some of the cases, I even had to get the tissues out at one point. Don't worry though, there are more happy moments than sad, and I enjoyed the book very much.
The Single Dad's Family Recipe by Rachael Johns
Eliza Coleman moves from New York for a fresh start, and part of that start is getting a new job. She interviews for and gets a job working as manager in front of house at a new restaurant that is opening.
Lachlan McKinnel is the owner and head chef of the restaurant. He is a single dad who has a wonderful network of support from his large family.
There is an immediate attraction between the couple, but for various reasons, not least the past that Eliza is still coming to terms with it's going to take a lot for Lachlan and Eliza to connect on a more intimate basis.
What I loved about this book is that although the romance was slow taking off, it was well balanced out with all the comings and goings of starting up a restaurant. The fab meals and drinks that Lachlan comes up with sounded great, and when he was teaching Eliza to cook it was great fun to read. There were some sad moments, but for the most part, this was a beautiful, fun romance with never a dull moment.
This whole collection of books was a real pleasure to read, it took me a while to get through them purely because I was reading other books in between that I needed to finish first. I definitely recommend this collection and not just for summertime.
Romance and hot single dads - what's not to like? And these single dads are indeed hot. This fab collection is well worth a read.
Thank you to Mills and Boon Insiders and to Netgalley for a copy of this collection in exchange for an honest review.
Sexy, loving, emotionally tender, and sometimes heart wrenchingly sad.

This was a lovely collection of books, all centred around dads. I enjoyed them very much, good quick reading
I thoroughly enjoyed this book - or rather I should say books! Each story had a HOT single dad and a good very readable story. Every story would have been worth purchasing on its own, so I am very grateful to net galley for allowing me to read it just for writing a review. This would be an excellent compilation of books to take on a vacation. The well written stories kept me engrossed for five evenings running and I highly recommend them.
The only thing better than reading each of these hot tales from such well known and loved authors is reading them combined in one book! Each book is delightful and different from the other. I thoroughly enjoyed my read and looked forwards, each day, to returning to the story. A well worthwhile purchase. Ideal for packing on a holiday.
Six more hot single dads is a collection of six single dad romances. Lets talk about the individual books.

Misty and the single dad by Marion Lennox.
Now i had some issues with this book. Misty was such a martyr ,the amount of times she mentioned her list drove me mad.It felt that Nicholas was the one that gave everything and Misty didn't. She announces that she is leaving on her world wide trip for a year. Then expects him to look after her dog and wait for her.
The single dads patchwork family by Claire Baxter
Chase and Regan are both single parents. While Chase has become a stay at home dad. Regan is a busy working mum. They agree to be friends and start to spend time together. I did have a few issues warming to the heroine.
Bride for the single dad by Jennifer Taylor
Hmmm i dont really know what to say. I couldnt really connect with either of them and the book could have been shorter.
On to the final book.
