This is probably more of a 3.5 stars but due to the ease of reading and escapism, I’ll be generous.
Maggie is on the brink of having it all when she is badly injured in a plane crash. The book sees the start of her recuperation and how she learns to live differently with her injuries.
This is basically a romance story - Maggie is incredibly light hearted considering what she has gone through.
One slight irritation is towards the end when there is mention of popping to Scotland when they are in Belgium. Do writers from the US really think Europe is so small?

I did enjoy this modern romance sprinkled with sorrow. It crammed an awful lot in and was well researched by the author.

This felt like the American version of Me before You. It was cheesy and corny. I didn’t really get attached to the characters so it didn’t really make me feel anything. But maybe that’s just me being cold hearted! It was an easy read.

A thought provoking read where one moment takes away the life time of happiness and assurances. In the hospital the main character is forced to ponder upon life's decisions.
A book which could have been hard hitting, is written in a manner which is so inspiring and light.
Maggie as the lead is wonderful, very likable. The story had its fun, and compassion. Family and romance makes it more engaging. A good book by author Katherine Center

I really enjoyed this book... the characters were believable and the story has a bit everything you'd expect in a love story... romance, inspiration, humour, hope and wisdom.
The journey Margaret/Maggie takes due to one decision that leads to a life changing occurence is told with humour and compassion, it felt believable and was totally engaging.
Good read. Emotional at times.
