Among all the animal books written for young children, "10 Reasons to Love ... a Penguin" is tooo cute to ignore. The book alone does not provide through information about penguins but random fun and unique facts about penguins I don't know if the 10 facts presented in the book could prompts any penguin-haters to reverse their adversities, but it certainly gives me 10 reasons to love the book. Cute, educational and engrossing.

I love how the author attempts to entice children to love the penguins (and as well other animals in the series.) To preserve precious animals on our planets, children need to be educated. The fate of our ecosystem lies in the hands of the future generations.

The price, though, is a bit hefty for such a short book. About $1 per fact. Consider children will mostly outgrown the series.within few years, if parents want to own the entire series that would make quite an expansive investment. But the series is definitely on my to-be-purchased list and I will be glad to check out other titles in the series.

This is one of my favorite non-fiction animal books. It is super informative and has great illustrations. It not only features fun facts about penguins but gives tips on how to help protect them in the wild. I recommend for any classroom, child, and penguin-loving adult!

I read a copy via NetGalley. All opinions are my own.

Super cute and informative! We loved reading this book together! We all learned some really cool facts and tidbits of information about penguins. My kids thought it was hilarious that the dads are the babysitters!

Who doesn't love penguins? This book gives you at least 10 reasons to love them even more. Beautifully illustrated, 10 Reasons to Love a Penguin, also gives good information about the different types of penguins and their characteristics. Every classroom should have this book available to help students learn about the life cycle and habitat of the penguin. Five stars for this lovely book!

Thank you to the publisher and #NetGalley for a pre-publication ebook in exchange for an honest review.

I love this book! A very clever way to make our little folk aware of the importance of climate change.

It starts with an opening page identifies different species of penguins, then lists 10 facts about the penguins, from their famous baby march to their love of rocks. OK 10 reasons to me looked like a bit pushed to make it 10- cuddle up close and baby march and daddy penguin baby sitting seemed all similar to me.. But still a great book to make our children aware of what's going on in the arctic

An one final thing to add: I wish this book was listing the fact that penguins and polar bears never live together. Most kids thing they do- thanks to some tv shows/cartoons although. in reality they live in different poles! So it would have been lovely to get this detail in this book too.
