Unfortunately, I have not been able to read and review this book.

After losing and replacing my broken Kindle and getting a new phone I was unable to download the title again for review as it was no longer available on Netgalley.

I’m really sorry about this and hope that it won’t affect you allowing me to read and review your titles in the future.

The book was not complete, I did not have enough of the book to read and review.
I would have put in a proper review if I had a chance to read the entire book

Ignore my rating, it means nothing. I just wanted to use this as an opportunity to ask if anyone else had an issue with this book's content, The file I sent to kindle was incomplete and only the first few pages from the book. Not a sample or excerpt but the 'Acclaim for Author' pages.

I have since notified the publisher of this but they just archived the title :(
