Jaden thought he had his life mapped out but it didn’t go as he thought. He blames Arsula on it but as he gets to know her, he discovers there is more than he expected.

Thank you Kim Law for writing this story. This is my new favorite in the series! The story is filled with so much emotion and family dramatics. Enjoyable cast of characters and I just love the Wilde's family! Happy reading!

I received an ARC from NetGalley in exchange for my honest review.

Jaden’s story brings him home for a wedding and having all his plans be tossed into the air. What he thought was meant to be wasn’t. But he doesn’t realize what is waiting for him.

A great read with familiar characters. The story has good flow and keeps you in it. If you haven’t read the previous books, that’s ok. You won’t find yourself lost.

I received a free, advance copy of this book from the publisher. This is my unbiased and voluntary review.

I loved all the Montana books by Kim Law. Although this one was good, it just didn't set well with me like the others did. It was too new age for m e and unbelievable for me as well. I will continue to read Law's books in the future.

In this fourth book we get the youngest Wilde, Jaden’s story. He seems to have been the most damaged of the siblings by his mother’s narcissistic, abusive behavior and his father’s lack of interest. Add on a rejected proposal, a intuitive dream interpreter and his struggle to finish his counseling degree. Interesting dynamics and the book to read if you believe in intuition and the meaning of dreams.

Jaden Wilde must get to the true reason Arsula spoke for his fiance to refuse his marriage proposal. Arsula's feeling led her to Birch Bay to Jaden to see if their destiny is truly together. Part of the The Wildes of Birch Bay series. Interesting story line and enjoyed the characters.

Ebook from netgalley and publishers with thanks. Opinions are entirely my own.

I fell in love with the Wildes in book one, Montana Cherries, and those feelings have grown stronger with each subsequent book that Law has published. If I looked up "dysfunctional families" in a romance dictionary, the Wildes would undoubtedly be prominently featured and with good reason. Growing up under the manipulative influence of a mother with narcissistic personality disorder and a father who escaped into work in their family cherry orchard both before and after their mother's death, you'd expect these siblings to have a few issues. They've come a long way since book one but, as readers will learn with Jaden, there are still some obstacles left to overcome on the road to happiness.

While there's plenty of emotion in Montana Dreams, there's also great banter and a fair amount of humor. There are still serious issues being tackled but Law injects enough realistic humor into the story to keep it from becoming too angsty or dark. Tears were shed in the reading but there were more than a few laugh-out-loud moments too. I love that Arsula doesn't take any crap from Jaden. He's the baby of the family, pretty arrogant (a bit self-righteous, perhaps?) in his beliefs, and needs someone who will call him on his behavior when warranted. His growth over the course of the book is significant and satisfying but not without a few heart-wrenching roadblocks along the way. As for Arsula, I adored her, cheering her on the whole way. I want to be her friend, I want her to read my dreams, and I hope we see more of her in future books.

The path to a happy ending wasn't easy for these two but I was happy with the resolution of their relationship issues - I love a good grovel - and am confident that Jaden and Arsula have what it takes to celebrate the good times, work through the bad times, and travel life's road together.

I'm a stickler about reading series books in order. For a deeper understanding of the secondary cast of characters, the emotional issues they have overcome, and the events that have brought the Wildes to the place where Jaden's story begins, I encourage readers to start with book one and read the series in order or, at the least, read Montana Cherries first. Having said that, however, if you don't mind jumping into the middle of a series, Law has provided enough backstory (without an info dump) about the Wildes that you should be able to enjoy Montana Dreams on its own without feeling lost. But then go back and read the others because they really should not be missed.

The Wildes of Birch Bay books published so far, in order, are: Montana Cherries, Montana Rescue, Montana Mornings, and Montana Dreams.

My Review 5 STARS
**My thanks to NetGalley and Montlake Romance, for providing me with a free copy for an honest review**

This is the fourth book in the series and although it could be read as a stand alone, i feel you would miss too much of the family dynamic and the larger plot if you do not read the previous books.

Jaden is a scholar and is studying to get his master’s in counseling, however when his meets Arsula after the breakup of his almost fiancée because of her meddling in his life, its safe to say that he thinks her talents reading dreams is a big load of rubbish.

Arsula is used to being made fun of, however she only finds out why she is in Birch Bay when she finds Jaden, who has only come back for a wedding.

The emotions pull at you, especially with Jadens family past and Arsula acts well considering who childish Jaden sometimes acts, even if she does throw a few things at him.

I enjoyed this book immensly and get the feeling that the next book in the series is going to involve Nate.

This is the fourth book in the “The Wildes of Birch Bay. Montana Dreams is the story of two imperfect people who attempt to cope with life and love. Jaden Wilde meets Arsula Moretti at the wedding of his brother and Arsula’s best friend.

Before the wedding, Jaden asks his longtime girlfriend to marry him. He is so upset, he gets drunk and attempts to have sex with Arsula after the wedding. Unfortunately, he is too wasted to be able to perform.

When he leaves the next morning, Arsula is angry at his attitude and throws several objects at him. One of them causes Jaden to fall down the snowy steps outside of her apartment.

Jaden has a compound fracture which requires surgery and many weeks to recuperate. He refuses to stay with his brothers, and, instead, decides to stay with Arsula.

Unfortunately, Jaden spends the rest of the book complaining about Arsula’s “stupid” career and plotting ways to get his girlfriend back. I had a lot of trouble liking this man who chose to stay with Arsula and is totally dependent on her, yet, openly, shows his discontent and disdain for everything she says and does.

I like Arsula because she is a confident woman who doesn’t care what people say about her and her ability to read dreams. She is independent, and, in fact, turns her back on her own family, so she can make her own career choice without their influence.

Based on Jaden’s and Arsula’s contrasting personalities and attitudes, I found it difficult to root for a relationship between Jaden and Arsula . Also, I found it difficult to understand Arsula’s growing attraction for Jaden.

Truthfully, I was a little lost when I first started this book. It took me a while to be able to catch onto the dynamics of the Wilde family and how their mother’s death affected all of them. Therefore, even though I finally caught on and was able to enjoy the growing relationship between Jaden and Arsula, I think that, had I read the first three books before I read this one, I would have enjoyed the book a lot more.

My recommendation: Read the books in chronological order. I believe my experience would have been much different if I had read the books that way.

I always advise people to start with the first book of a series, but then I go and read the fourth book in this series! I do plan, however, to go back and read the first three books.

I enjoy Ms. Law’s writing style. The characters are well developed & diverse, the plot isn’t all over the place, and I had a hard time putting it down as I kept wanting to know more. More about Jaden’s past. More of why Arsula feels she has a gift of intuition and dream interpreting. Jaden and Arsula (I can’t tell you how many times I referred to her as Ursula in my head – or Arse ula. Both had me cracking up) with their heated conversations, tempers flaring, and her giving Jaden the boot after a drunken one night stand.

Who would think to toss together such polar opposites would attract such as these two? Jaden’s about to get his masters in counseling, and she’s the one who told his former girlfriend to dump him! Though he doesn’t learn that right away.

I loved getting to know Jaden’s family, especially his sister Dani. She is the only girl, and the oldest child, in a family of 4 boys. Haley and Jenna are adorable and I’m looking forward to getting to know Gabe and Nick in the preceding books.

This book is equal parts hilarious, endearing. as well as aggravating, but there are things that will tug at your heartstrings, especially when it comes to the lasting harm a child endures at the hands of an abusive parent.

Please note that there is adult language and open door sex scenes in this book.

Montana Dreams is the fourth book in Kim Law’s fantastic series, The Wildes of Birch Bay and an excellent addition. When I received an invitation from the publisher, via Net-Galley, I eagerly agreed to read and review. My opinions are my own and not influenced in any way.

Montana Dreams touched my heart from the first page to the last. I became enmeshed with the hero and heroine immediately. The story is compelling, and the pacing is excellent. Ms. Law certainly knows how to pull her readers in and keep them to the end.

This Jaden’s love story, the youngest Wilde. His character is complex. On the surface, he appears to be well adjusted, but underneath, the pain of feeling like he would never have anyone love him, and place him first in their life, will never happen. That’s why he takes Megan’s refusal to his marriage proposal so hard. Arsula is perfect for him. She gets him in a way no one has ever done.

Arsula’s character has her own demons. She believes she can never live up to her father’s expectations. He doesn’t understand her chosen career path. When she meets Jaden, her feelings of guilt for causes him the break his leg leads her to offer her home for his recuperation. The chemistry is off the charts and neither of them can deny or understand their attraction for each other.

If you are looking for a novel that has more substance than most stories, then you will love Montana Dreams as much as I did. It was great getting to see the other characters from the previous three books in the series, and I can’t wait to read the next one. The Wilde family is a fascinating one. Happy reading!

I loved reading Montana Dreams by Kim Law, her fourth book in The Wildes of Birch Bay series. All of the Wilde children have had difficult childhood yet they have become successful adults, or have they? Jaden returned home for a wedding and finds himself suddenly single after his girlfriend breaks up with him. Arsula arrived in Birch Bay to share her gift of dream interpreting, and now she feels the draw to heal Jaden. The town is so welcoming and accepting of Arsula and her ability to interpret dreams. The chemistry and attraction between these two is amazing, but Arsula has a huge journey ahead of her in dealing with Jaden. There were times I just wanted to reach out and smack Jaden on the head for his selfish demanding behavior. Arsula is so patient with him but has her own problems that she needs to work out. I really loved how their relationship developed and grew.

Ms. Law wrote a wonderfully moving story filled with sexual chemistry, fun dialogue, and endearing characters that is not to be missed. I highly recommend this book to other readers.

I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.

Another great book in the Wildes of Birch Bay series. The story line is an emotional roller coaster as feelings of inadequacy come to the surface. Love and trust can save Jaden if he opens his heart! Very enjoyable read.

Kim Law is a go-to author for me but I didn't warm up to this latest installment in the Birch Bay series. For me the attraction and the relationship between Arsuela and Jaden grew too quickly after he had proposed to and been refused by his long time girlfriend and the connection didn't feel real. I didn't find Jaden to be very likable (he was selfish and dismissive of Arsuela's gift) and when Arsuela wasn't throwing something at him she was pushing him to change. That said, I have enjoyed the other installments in this series and look forward to the next.

I love this series.

I wasn't sure how Jaden's book would turn out as he was always the grumpy and negative one in the the other books in this series, however teaming him up with Arsula was genius. They say opposites attract in this case not only did they attract but the road to realizing it was fun as well. The tension is high, the banter back and forth can go from hilarious to I can't believe that just happened, and with everyone always around you never know where things are going to go. I think this was my favorite by far in the WIlde series and as much as I can't wait for the next books I will be sad to see them go.

Trusting an instinct that tells her Birch Bay is where she needs to be, Arsula Moretti has settled in and is waiting to find out why she was drawn to the town. The women in her family are Navajo descendants who inherit special gifts and, while waiting for her destiny, she's been putting her intuitive gift to use with her newfound friends.

Jaden Wilde comes home for his brother's wedding and has a surprise for his girlfriend, Megan - a ring and proposal - but Jaden gets the surprise when she breaks up with him.

When Arsula meets Jaden, her destiny is revealed, and the fireworks begin.

Arsula is a spitfire who doesn't back down when Jaden realizes she is the impetus behind Megan's decision to break up with him. She is also trying to strike a balance between who her physician father wants her to be and her instinctual gift. The mystical connection with her namesake aunt was a source of strength and a wonderful thread throughout the story - especially with regards to Aunt Arsula's ring.

Jaden was so self-involved and logical that I didn't like him right away. He disparaged Arsula and her gift; but Law deftly has Arsula help him transform into someone who is self-aware, willing to bypass logic, and trust his instincts. He finally realizes what he wants and who he needs in his life.

This the first book by Kim Law that I have read and, while it is the fourth in her Wildes of Birch Bay series, it is well-written and reads fine on its own. I definitely recommend Montana Dreams and will have to read the other books in the series to learn more about the other members of the Wilde family.

A wonderful, heartwarming contemporary romance that kept me entertained and intrigued from the first page to the last with characters so believable you can put yourself right in the middle of the story that included the right amount of emotion, humor, and family drama. I really liked the dynamic between strong and independent Arsula Moretti and Jaden Wilde who didn't really like each other at first but they were totally drawn to one another and had undeniable chemistry. This is the fourth book in the Wildes of Birch Bay series and can be read as a standalone but you will probably want to go back and read the first three if you haven't already. I can't wait to read book five in this must-read series. I received a free, advance copy of this book from the publisher via NetGalley. This is my unbiased and voluntary review.

Montana Dreams is book four in the Wildes of Birch Bay series. This book is Jaden and Arsula's story. Jaden's life as he knew it suddenly changed. What was he to do now? When an incident puts him in an unexpected place, new possibilities surface. But will he take that chance? This story was interesting and fun. I loved the humor in it. It's a great story that I definitely recommend.
