This was a fun read. Gabe Powers was famous, Lily Jameson was a sound assistant and when they meet, the Fourth of July Fireworks aren't the only fireworks to go off.
Lily lives in the same building as her sister Daisy and her son Ivan and Lily loves on her own with the company of her parrot The General.
Gabe travels all over the world for his TV show "The Powers of Suggestion".
When they meet, it is instalove and they must come up with a way to be able to make a relationship work, but with Gabe travelling all over the world and Lily with her fear of flying, something is going to have to give.
Really enjoyed this book, lots of comedy and love with a whole lot of hot situations. Another winner by Nicola Rendell.
Thanks to NetGalley and Montlake Romance for the opportunity to read and review.

I really liked Lily for the first part of the book, she appeared to be confident-ish but a bit awkward which I enjoyed. Gabe is your typical confident alpha type male and things heat up with them while they are exploring the haunted side of Savannah. Once Lily reveals a serious fear that she has she begins to spiral and becomes your typical annoying self-sabotaging heroine. Luckily this is a short area of the book and the rest of the story is redeeming. Overall a great read! #DoYouFeelItToo #NetGalley

I've been a fan of Nicola for awhile now. This story did not disappoint.
If you've read Nicola before then you know she writes some steam.
I did feel it ;-)

I have read Nicola Rendell's books prior to this one and wondered if she could sustain her writing chops. Am I ever grateful that she proved that she is an author to continue to read.
Gabe Powers is an urban mystery hunter with a television show currently filming in Savannah where audio expert Lily lives and works. She loves her town and family and has no interest in leaving it. Gabe is a made of the world who never met a dare he wouldn't accept.
For this relationship to work, someone's got to change. Who will it be? Or will anyone make the first step.
Truly wonderful storytelling and writing. I highly recommend this book.

This book was really fun. Definitely on the sexier side of things too. Nicola Rendell's books are always guaranteed to make me laugh and swoon.

Gabe Powers, urban-legend hunter and television host, is literally knocked off his feet when quirky and charming sound-engineer Lily Jameson accidentally bashed him in the head with her equipment.
Lily has no idea that Gabe is a TV star, that is until she's hired to work with him on his hunt for ghosts in her Southern Georgia town. Too bad that contract also comes with a no-relationships clause.
What these two will discover is that while ghosts may or may not exist, what is really truly real is the power of love.
Delightfully charming Rendell has a knack for making you absolutely fall for her scruffy, 40-something heroes as fast as they fall for the heroines, instantly. This story is also full of fun secondary characters, including a parrot named General.
I did have a little bit of a hard time with the last bit of the book, as I was really worried about how these two would find their HEA, but it was worth the wait.

Do You Feel It Too? That title is very fitting. Do You Feel It To? No I did not. Sorry, but this just didn't do it for me. Not my style.

Great read.
Gabe is in town to investigate the ghosts in town for his TV series, then he will be back on the road again.
It's Lily's home town, and she raely leaves it. But as things between her and Gabe get serious can one of them compromise?
I especially loved The General!

I was pleasantly surprised by this book....the chemistry between the characters was off. the. charts. I loved them both and was rooting for them the whole time. I loved the witty banter and the steamy scenes too. Great book!

4.5 “POWER” stars
I really enjoyed this book! I have been a fan of Nicola Rendell from the beginning and she hasn’t let me down yet! Gabe and Lily had amazing chemistry! They really set the pages on fire. From the moment they met, you could feel their connection. Throughout the book, you could feel that connection grow. There was laughter, tears, and plenty of smoking hot moments. The General was a complete scene stealer. He was hysterical with all his eccentricities and funny quirks. Overall, we have another great story from one of my favorite authors. I highly recommend this book!
