I absolutely loved this. One of those books that once you start you have to finish. It's about a woman called Rachel who starts getting odd messages and phone calls. She goes back to the place she grew up to try and unravel the mystery. Someone is trying to tell her something about her past.

Would highly recommend this book and I'll be looking out for more from this author.

Overall I did enjoy this book but at times I felt the story line got lost. Thank you for the chance to review this.

I am struggling to review this book as I didn't care about any of the characters and the ending was farcical.

Rachel is a psychotherapist who would have been through university and gained an honours degree but didn't have the sense to delete friend requests from unknown people on facebook!! It was nonsensical and dragged on and I nearly gave up on it many times.

Sorry, but it just wasn't for me.

This was probably the most inane, worst written, nonsensical book I have ever read. Ridiculous in everything it tries to do, The plot, the dialogue, the writing style., the characters--poor and jumbled, more holes in this story than anything. Don't waste your time or your money! Zero stars.

It was engaging thrilling ride.

It took me minute to get into but as I kept reading it got really good.

Rachel is a psychotherapist with fractured memories. When she starts to receive strange messages and phone calls she realize it's connected to her past.

With her mother having dementia she decided to investigate their past as she get closers to the truth she realize her entire life might be a lie.

It has some great twist and turns even though some I guess the ending wasn't want I wanted but it made sense.

I enjoyed reading this book. It had a good story to it. It is my first book by this author. I liked the variety of characters in it. I hope to read more books by this author.

Tell The Truth... wow...so many characters who need to do just that. This book has me hooked and the ending knocked me for six!! This was the first book by Amanda Brittany that I have read and her first book is now sitting on my kindle waiting for me to get stuck into. Shady characters, alternate timelines and a story that keeps twisting.. this book is 5 stars all the way for me.

Rachel is feeling lost. Her mother is in a home and dying and her marriage had ended. And now sh is starting to get eerie friend requests on Facebook and weird but vivid flashbacks. As she starts to look into her mums past she learns that her past is not what she thought it was. And maybe she is not who she thought she was.

Wow! That took me on a wild ride.

I had a hard time starting it because it threw a lot of character names at me at the beginning. I ended up starting over and wrote all the characters down as they came up. I am sos glad that I took the time to do that because the book was amazing. It is well written and well thought out. I could not put it down and finished it in a few hours. I had no idea who the killer was. I really could have been anyone.

I would highly recommend this book is you like thrillers.

The book pulled me in from the beginning and literally didn't let go.
It is told through different time frames adding layers to the mystery.

The pace is really good and the charters are well drawn.
I loved that I couldn't predict the outcome, as the revelations were clever and shocking all the same. Highly recommended.

Tell the Truth made me want to DNF it at some points.

Rachel is quite interesting as a character, apart from her professional as psychotherapist, which we won't touch again every now and then. She was free to investigate stuffs, amidst her separation with husband, mother in elderly care, and terror from fake facebook accounts.

Tell the Truth stretched the suspense long enough and I was swayed several times to just not review the book. However, I decided to brace myself and finish it.

The story itself was good, I can dig the plot, and the twist. It was just to slow for me and the long build up didn't live up to the revelation part(s).

Rachel is receiving weird, seemingly threatening messages that seem to have something to do with her past. Her mother is sinking into dementia and has secrets that she wants to share with Rachel before it is too late. The book goes back and forth between the present and several points in the past. Overall I liked this, even though I saw some of the twists coming, but it was also a little strange how upset Rachel got over getting a friend request from a stranger. Some things she just seemed to blow way out of proportion. I really enjoyed most of this otherwise and couldn't wait to see if all my guesses about what was going on were correct, but I felt a little disappointed at the end. I'd still give this one 4 stars.

I am sure I will be in the minority with this book but it did take me a while to get into the storyline and unfortunately it didn't 'hit the spot' for me.

Overall it was a bit of a toil to finish it and I was glad when I had got to the end although I liked it but didn't love it.

I read this book in just over a day as I just couldn’t put it down it’s so good !!
The story is written with two timelines, past and present and mostly between Rachel and Laura making it a compulsive page turner in wanting to find out what and who is at the heart of this totally addictive psychological mystery thriller. The ending is superb and for me it was unexpected making this a very well written novel full of twists and surprises and very well recommended as it’s a brilliant read.

Tell the Truth by author Amanda Brittany. What a page turner! The twists were real, like it’s VERY Believable and intense throughout the story. A quick read due to not putting it down, I recommend this book to thriller/mystery/psychological genre lovers.

Holy cow, what a page turner!

Rachel is a psychotherapist with fractured memories who begins receiving ominous Facebook requests, phone calls and messages that are all connected to her childhood. Her mother, the most likely bridge to answers, suffers from dementia and Alzheimer's and even the minimal help she provides is unreliable.

Told from the perspective of Rachel and her stalker, this book crackles with tension. I couldn't put it down. I had to find out who was so determined to ruin Rachel's life and why. Filled with twists and turns, it was a great ride that roared to a satisfying and surprising conclusion.
