Love reading books by this author but did not find this one as interesting as some of her others some interesting characters and story had some good parts but did not hold my interest like her previous novel's but sure Nadine fans will want to read it anyway

This is another wonderful historical novel by this author.
This book is full of description and is very engaging
This book is part of a series but can be read as a stand-alone book.

Fantastic read.
This author always lures you in with a,great storyline from the beginning. Another fantastic book.

I was given a copy of this book by the publisher for an honest review. This is the second book of the series, continues to tell the story of the residents of Tarabeg. Mary Kate moves to Liverpool to visit her Auntie Bee and the residents also get a visit from America. This book is well written although I did feel the last part of the book was a bit rushed but look forward to reading the next book in the series.

I have read and have loved many of Nadine Dorries previous books but I hadn't read the first book in this series. I really enjoyed it and found it can easily be read as a standalone novel - although I will be reading the first book in the series now as I enjoyed this one so much.
I really liked all of the characters and found them warm and believable. Well written with strong characters and beautifully described locations - in west Ireland and Liverpool. A lovely saga of family, friendship, relationships and new beginnings. I was drawn in from the start and enjoyed the ending. I can't wait to read the next book in the series. Highly recommended.
Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for the opportunity to read this book in exchange for an honest review.

Mary Kate is strong willed and determined. She is bound and determined to go to Liverpool after she finishes school. She doesn't know the misadventures she will have to go through to arrive at her final destiny.
This book is part of a series. A series about the Malone family. It has everything in it. Robbery, love, betrayal, murder and mystery. But, it is also the saga of a proud Irish family.
This is a heartwarming book of a family. A relatable, remarkable family. The characters are colorful, and delightful. A family of skeletons in the closets, a little bit of dysfunction and a lot of love. They are united through thick and thin. An awesome read!

I really enjoy all if Nadine Dorries’ books and this is no exception. This is the second book in the Tarabeg series and, like the first book, I really enjoyed it, and can’t wait for the next one!

Love all Nadine Dorries books , I started with 15 streets trilogy and thought i would never find another book as absorbing and gripping -
Mary Kate has proved me wrong. Unfortunately I read this first by accident but still thoroughly enjoyed the story and characters immensely but feel I would have enjoyed it even more had I read Shadows in Heaven first. Would highly recommend this book but make sure you have time to completely Immerse yourself .

A great story line with brilliant main characters.. I read this book in one sitting as I couldn't put it down.

Why o why did this book have to end!! Beyond brilliant as always from Nadine Dorries! I did my best to read it slowly and savour it, to no avail!!!
It's the second book in the Tarabeg series. And while it can be read as a standalone I honestly think you're better off reading the first one to get the background info!!
I would honestly advise everyone to read it. Bring on the next one!! A huge thank you to Netgalley and Bookouture for allowing me to read the arc!
