What can I say.

The world was so full of depth that you felt you were there.

The characters were mixed and the story kept me on the edge of my seat.

If you want a long read then this could be the book for you.

Emperor of Mu by Jason Beveridge, an interesting read. The emperor is assassinated and must needs be replaced by the assembly. A mysterious enemy lurks in the shows and none know what the future holds. Enemies must become allies and allies become enemies.

Beveridge lays out a very intricate plot full of many twists and turns. I enjoyed all the strange creatures and could not put the book down. I am anxiously awaiting the next book in this series.

A very talented author. This is long, but engaging with well-crafted characters, and very good, unique plot. I look for good dialog, and that is included here along with a fast pace and some mystery. Highly recommended for epic fantasy fans.
