The princess is still kidnapped with her father laying siege to Florence. He doesn't know where in the city she is though and won't commit to an attack in fear of harming her. The art is really good. My favorite parts were just seeing the city of Florence at the time. It's one of my favorite places on Earth.
I like how the tower next to the Duomo was in the process of being built at the time.

'Tosca Volume 3' by Teresa Radice with art by Stefano Turconi is a graphic novel about a captured princess and the two friends determined to free her.

Lucilla is still prisoner of Gauthier de Brienne, and her friends Tosca and Rinaldo are trying to find her. Between the friends is an army amassed to lay siege to Florence. The friends use unconventional methods to try to free their friend and discover some lost family secrets along the way.

I enjoyed this culmination (?) to this story. Everything gets wrapped up nicely. The art is good, and this would be a decent series for preteen readers.

Of this graphic novel I already knew the Italian version, but I hadn’t the chance to read it. So, when I saw it was going to be published in English, I thought it could be the right time to give it a chance as I just heard positive opinions about it. In English Tosca was divided in three different volumes, while the Italian version is only one big book. I would prefer a unique volume also in English, so the story has a begging and an end in the same book. This is my only negative remark about this graphic novel. On the contrary, I loved the illustrations, looks like drew and painted entirely by hand. The vivid and bright colors gave me for the entire reading a happiness sensation. The story itself is a mix between Robin Hood and Joan of Arc because of the main character Tosca. Tosca has a strong character and I loved how she was acting and how everyone was trusting her. She is always around those who need help and she never step back when there is to fight for the best of the people. I really enjoyed the surrounding story and the historical re-enactment. They showed in detail the rivalry between Siena and Florence during the Middle Age. A superb graphic novel, happy to read and I agree with the other readers that is a brilliant comic. I wish in the future, the writer would consider to give Tosca new adventures.

Colorful with a eye catching style and story line. This Graphic Novel keeps on keeping you in the story so you can see what comes next with the characters.
Teresa Radice wrote another nice script for this 3 volume, and Stefano Turconi did marvelous with the art in all the panels!

A wonderful graphic novel that manages to combine a compelling narrative and illustrations to create a wonderful experience for the reader.

The artwork on this book is lovely, and bright and clear but the content wasn’t for me. I can see the quality but it just wasn’t my cup of tea, the historical nature somehow lacked the dynamism I was looking for, perhaps it was because I’d not read the first two volumes.

Enjoyed and loved the illustrations. Kept us engaged throughout, would recommend. Review will be up on release.

A fun graphic novel for a junior audience. The art is bright and entertaining, I look forward to more in this series.
