I really like this book for its raw honesty about how to think about the fact that the way we are living now is driving us into an anxious state, and how we can mindfully try to keep things on a more even keel. I think Matt wrote this one before he knew he was audhd but you can see his experience as a neurodivergent person coming through in the way he describes the world and his reactions to it. i find it super interesting that his experience as an audhd person can help everyone understand the way the world we live in is affecting us, as his intense experience of it helps him understand it on level that most people would never able to get to. Overall a really helpful read that I always come back to when things start to get out of hand and I need to ground myself again.
