This is a great first book in a new series. The setting is fun and fresh and not over-done, and it actually makes me wish I could go to an adult summer camp for some fun.

Zoey and her Wildflower sisters' dedication to reopening the camp that she loved as a child is a lot of fun to read. The complication that Dylan and his brothers bring when they arrive to work at the camp make for some seriously fun hijinx and even though Zoe is suspicious of Dylan from the start, she can't help but fall for him in the end. Dylan came to the camp on a mission to expose Zoey as the reason why his dad took money from their company, but as events unfold, he starts to question if this is truly the case.

Jill Sanders is a strong writer, and she makes you feel like you are truly there experiencing the events along with the characters. This series is off to a great start with a little bit of mystery and a lot of love. The side characters, in the form of campers, Wildflower Sisters and Dylan's brothers, add a lot to the story and make it a truly enjoyable read.

I'm really looking forward to more books in this series..

The story of a group of friends, who have inherited an old summer camp and set about re-opening it for adults.

The focus of the book is Zoey, and her relationship with Dylan. She knows he is keeping secrets but will it keep them apart?

A bit of a slow start to this new series by Jill Sanders....Lot's of secrets going on, sometimes hard to keep track of! But overall, I loved the characters, the idea of 5 friends taking over their old summer camp, and making it an adult only retreat! When Dylan and his brothers apply to work, they are a hot trio, who seem to have the biggest secret to hide. The things that go on at this camp are quite hysterical, and here the girls thought having adults would be easier!
Follow along with the characters, and all the stuff going on at the camp, I'm actually looking forward to the next book in this series! 4 stars for this one!

A new series by Jill Shalvis,,Wildflowers. I enjoyed this read although I felt the characters were a little too young for the setting. Although as an older adult it would be more realistic to have an adult Summer Camp. I will still have to grab the next in the series because it left me wondering!

I tend to like Jill Sanders books and even though I can't say that I hated this book I wont say that I loved it.. See my reason is that this group just seemed like they acted more like teenagers to me than adults. The two main characters romance was based on lies to each other, so even though they were hot for each other that was basically their relationship in a nut shell their attraction because they were lying to each other and Zoey kept forgiving Dylan and I am not a fan of lying..It just does not start of a meaningful relationship good, yes I get that he was trying to do something I get all of that but I just think that he should have fessed up sooner and I get she should have had more of a back bone anyway all of this annoyed me and didn't let me enjoy the book as much. However I might, depending on what else is out there at the time, an read they next book in the series.

This is the first book I have read by this author and after reading Summer Nights I will certainly be checking her other books. This is a perfect Summer holiday read and a great start to the new Wildflowers Series. This series is centred around five girls who reopen the summer camp after the death of the owner and that’s where Dylan and Zoe meet, the attraction is instant and the banter witty but Zoey is not easily won over and it’s going to take some time and effort for Dylan to win her trust.... Looking forward to who’s story is next in this series

Summer Nights by Jill Sanders is the 1st book in the Wildflowers series, five girls meet at summer camp, and become life long friends. The girls are now adults and have investigated in redoing the camp to turn it into an adult sexy retreat. Three brothers have come to the camp, to get a job and to find their father. I found this book to be a quick read and a lot of fun. I am looking forward to reading the next book in the series. I highly recommend this book.

I reviewed a digital arc provided by NetGalley and the publisher. Thank you.

I've seen Jill Sanders books, but never took the time to pick one up. Thanks to NetGalley, I've read a new author. I wasn't quite sure where this story would go and was surprised this ended the way it did. It's not often I pick up a story that ends with a cliffhanger, but where this story was going and the characters helped make it interesting enough that I wouldn't mind picking up #2.

A laugh out loud kind of book with a bit of mystery tied into it. Characters were well developed and I couldn't put the book down. A but disappointed that the mystery was not revealed at the end, but I guess that brings you back for more!

A great new series by Jill Sanders. The first book of "Wildflowers" This book gives the background on the 5 wildflowers and how they met and how they came to open this adult only camp. There is a suspense aspect I won't delve into as to avoid spoilers. There is of course a great romance story. I am already looking forward to book #2.

I received an advance copy from the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for my open, honest review.

The Wildflowers are a group of five girls that met at summer camp when they were young and have remained friends ever since. This first book in this series has mystery, suspense and action, secrets, romance, and wonderful characters. Can't wait to see what happens in the next book!

Summer Nights is the first in a new series of the "Wildflowers", a group of five girls who bonded at summer camp one year. Now, ten years later, they're closer than ever and end up purchasing/inheriting the summer camp, and turning it into a year-round camp for adults, mostly snow birds and retirees, It's a cute premise, and sounded very promising - especially when you throw in three sexy brothers who show up, with some secrets of their own, but under the pretense of wanting jobs.

It was a light, fun read for sure, but it just fell a little flat for me in some ways. I know its fiction but some of the plot points were a bit of a stretch, especially being that the group of girls are now about 20-22 years old, and somehow have hundreds of thousands of dollars to invest in this camp; including building new luxury "cabins", and hiring a celebrity chef. But when they start having suspicions about some of their employees, they keep saying they can't fire them because they'll never be able to find anyone else to replace them. I mean - it's a waitress job at a camp, can't be too hard to fill that position right? Especially when you're loaded enough to hire celebrity chefs.

Beyond that, it bothered me a little that Zoey and Dylan, the two main characters, were hiding things from each other, and seemed to somehow at the same time not trust each other, but yet fall in love? I just feel like their story and their relationship could have been developed deeper. Again - I know this is a romance book and fiction comes into play a lot here - but I just found it hard to connect with the characters or see what they saw in each other, beyond sexual attraction.

Also, sometimes things would be revealed or talked about I thought, but then a couple pages later they're talking about it again like it's the first time? Could just be because this was an early review copy and maybe those slightly discrepancies get caught in the final edit.

Overall, I was slightly disappointed but still enjoyed it for what it was - and I would keep reading the series, if only to see what ends up happening in the end!

Thank you NetGalley for my review copy in exchange for an honest review.

I recieved this book in exchange for an honest review. I read until 50% but I had to DNF it as it just didn't engage me like I had hoped it would. The characters didn't really endear them to me.

Summer Nights is the first installment of the Wildflowers Duet. There is a bit of a mystery, and as it was left unresolved, I believe the book is strongest as a tandem. Jill Sanders keeps readers on their toes in this novel, as the introductions of characters continues throughout the story. As in any series launch, Summer Nights seems a little out of balance. Though the characters are rich and interesting, it becomes confusing at times. There is a light romance in this novel, and I appreciated that story, though I might have liked a little more meat to it. The action is what really drives this novel, it's pacing is fast. I think it was good, light entertainment. I am interested enough in the mystery and the myriad characters to watch for the conclusion of the story. 3.5
I received my copy through NetGalley under no obligation.

Summer Nights is the first book in the Wildflowers series by Jill Sanders. It's not a complete stand-alone novel since one part of the story will continue in the second book. The main characters will change in each book which is a plus. I wasn't a big fan of the book, but at the same time, it wasn't bad. The 3 stars are the perfect rating for the book since it's in the middle and that's where my feelings also were. I don't mind that the story will continue on the second book because I was planning on continuing the series anyway. The couples seem to have formed so we will just have to wait to see how they will get their happy endings and what happened to papa Costas. The couple of this book was interesting and I liked them together. My overall impression leans toward the good side, but like my rating, I will remain neutral on the recommendation.

This is book one in the Wildflower Series, Zoey and Dylan’s story.

It started as a friends for life type story in the first few chapters and then went to 3 handsome brothers arrive with secrets.

Lots of activity with all the guests, subplots with other characters and sadly a bit unbelievable with the ages of the 5 women and 3 men being able to pull this camp off.

The writing style wasn’t my favorite. For example they leave for the restaurant, sit at the table and the next thing is they’re back in the car or already walking up the steps to the house. The timelines fast forwarded a bit too much, within two-four sentences.

I would like to know what happens with the brothers and dad in the next book(s), so I’m hoping the writing style changes for the next book.

I received this ebook copy from the publisher and NetGalley for an honest review.

Zoey and Dylan weave a very crooked path to their HEA. I enjoyed the depth of the characters stories. The bonds between the friends and families is realistic and enviable. The writing is smooth and easy. The mystery is an added layer that makes the book fly. With Zoey and Dylan each keeping their own secrets, you better stay on your toes. Loved it.

What a wonderful start to a new series. Five girls bond at a summer camp and become friends for life. They are all very different, hence they called themselves the Wildflowers. One thing that they all have in common is that at least one of their parents, should have never been a parent. The camp is owned by Elle's grandfather and when he passes he leaves it to all of them. They decide to reinvent it into a year round camp for adults. During the following year they invest what ever funds they have plus a lot of hard work. When three gorgeous brothers show up looking for jobs, Zoey is very suspicious, but also drawn to middle brother Dylan. The brothers are undercover, looking for their father, who disappeared with funds meant for the family business. Their only clue, is Elle's name on their fathers calendar. With cameras all over the camp, the women keep an eye on the brothers, while the brothers look for evidence of their father. They quickly become valuable employees. While Zoey and Dylan get closer to each other, they are both uncomfortable with secrets and finally spill.

If my life and visual limitations had not interfered, I would had read this book in one sitting. The narrative is written in a lightly humorous voice, but intrigue and danger also surface. The characters are very engaging. While not a cliff hanger, the books ends with the brothers' father still AWOL.

I received a free, advanced copy of this book from NetGalley.com. This is my unbiased and voluntary review.
