Rats! This book was archived before I sent it to my kindle. I’ll look for a physical copy when it comes out.

I am sorry to say, but I did not finish this book. If the book had been a book that I had to read at school for instance I would have finished and not hated it, I am pretty sure of that.

However, as a busy working mom with too much going on reading is my way to relax and this book simply did not grasp my attention and make me relax as I would have liked to so I gave up quite quickly.

There is a lot of description of life in Syria and not all that much happening at the start of the book. Perhaps this will change later in the book, but it simply wasn't for me.

Great read. The author wrote a story that was interesting and moved at a pace that kept me engaged. The characters were easy to invest in.
