Thank you to Net Galley for kindly sending me a free kindle copy of this book in exchange for a honest review.
I really enjoyed this one as I have all of the previous books in this series and I would say that it’s up there with my favourite crime and thriller series’.
The story kept my attention throughout and I didn’t manage to predict or guess the main twists and turns which was a bonus. I enjoyed how the two events overlapped and intertwined all of the main characters. I think aspects of it are quite disturbing as white the current trend in murder documentaries etc I can actually see events like this actually happening because of the influences in society.
Very enjoyable and I look forward to the next instalment.

This is the first Cara Hunter book I have read which I really enjoyed so this won’t be the last I will definitely be reading the rest of the series.
I loved that it I didn’t guess who did it which usual happens in most books before you get to the end. I found the character interesting and loved that it was in Oxford.

Faith is dragged off the street, a bag put over her head and she’s assaulted, but she refuses to report her attack. Then another girl goes missing. Will they be able to find her before it’s too late.
The attacks follow the same Modas operandi as several solved cases from before. But that suspect was convicted and he is serving his sentence. Is this a copycat? Or was there a mistake and was the wrong man put away? Will they find the missing girl in time?
This book has so many plot twists that keep you guessing till the end. I’ve read the other 3 books in the DI Fawley series and this book definitely doesn’t disappoint. It can however be read as a stand-alone book.
A gripping psychological thriller. An unputdownable must read.

I defy anyone to put this down ! A rollercoaster of a read which leaves you gasping for breath ! Fast paced, interesting well developed characters and a case that will scare the life out of you - top notch writing
Two cases 20 years apart start to meld into one as DI Fawley is forced to confront a period in his life he thought was behind him.
Great read, can’t wait for the next one

Wow what a roller-coaster read. You are thrown from one suspect to another. I had no idea who the killer was, plenty of suspicions but all wrong. A must read.

Another DI Fawley story and it is just as good if not better than the others
This story starts out with a young girl apparently going missing but is then found refuses to tell police what happened
Then another girl goes missing is it a serial killer they put away years ago, it has same thing hallmarks and information that wasn't made public is apparent
Could he have made a mistake ?
The plot of this book has so many twists and turns I had no idea who was capable of what right upto the end

This series just keeps getting better and better, this is the fourth book and I was gripped as is becoming the norm from this series. The book kicks off with a bang when a young girl is found having been abducted and attacked, she refuses to say what happened to her but the story rings a bell with DI Fawley, he can’t let it go, refuses but how can he proceed without her co-operation. There is a man locked up for similar offences, so similar, Fawley believes he is either dealing with a copycat or the wrong man was imprisoned! A belter of a book, so many twists and turns, your neck will be sore, don’t bother trying to figure it out as when it all comes together, you’ll be WTF!!!
Can’t wait for the next instalment to see whats in store!

This is the 4th book in the outstanding DI Adam Fawley series and it is brilliant .Set in Oxford the story is so gripping ,full of unexpected twists and turns this is one of those books that you never want to put down .The ending was shocking and very unexpected .Can't wait for the next book in the series .Many thanks to the Publisher the Author and NetGalley for my review copy in return for an honest review .

Thank you again to NetGalley for sending me this book to review. I Loved it. Best one yet in the Adam Fawley series. Lots of twists and turns and would have read it, in one go, if it wasn’t for birthdays and work getting in the way. Loved learning more about the characters. Cara Hunter is such a brilliant author. I like the way she writes and the way her books are set out. Now the long wait for the next!

I absolutely loved this. She has an amazing writing style & I love the way she concludes her books with no unanswered questions. I can’t wait for her next instalment judging by the ending in this one it’s going to be amazing!

#AllTheRage #NetGalley Do not pick up this book if you have important work to do!! You will not be able to put it down!! I read this in the course of a day - housework, cooking, everything forgotten. This is the 4th in the DI Fawley series and just keeps getting better. The storyline is so fresh and exciting! I love the style of Cara Hunter, so easy to read yet gripping, twisty and always with a few surprises along the way! I enjoy the format of giving transcripts from interviews etc - gets the main facts across quickly without a lot of descriptive writing. I love the main characters in this series, particularly Adam, Alex and Erica and there is always a little cliffhanger that whets your appetite for the next book - bring on number 5 is all I can say!! An absolutely thrilling 5 star read!

Very twisty novel. Keeps you guessing right until the end. Lots of blind alleys.. a good team of detectives who all have different strengths Adam Fawley the lead detective on the case find his handling of a previous case many years ago called into question as there are many similarities to the present case. did he get the wrong man? plus his personal life is traumatic at present as his wife is pregnant and he has not revealed the fact to his colleagues. This is the first Cara hunter book I have read but it wont be the last.

Cara Hunter nails it again!
This is the 4th book in the fantastic DI Fawley series. Hunter’s writing grips you from the the first page - I devoured this book in a day.
This can easily be read as a stand alone but I’d encourage anyone who is into crime thrillers to begin this series from book one.
I thought I’d guessed the twist early on but how wrong I was, the reveal knocked me sideways. The ending, as ever, was gripping and leaves you wanting more - can’t wait for the next book!
Cara Hunter is one of my favourite authors and this book didn’t disappoint.
5 stars.
Thanks to NetGalley, Cara Hunter and Penguin for my ARC - I loved it!

My first Cara Hunter book and yes it was amazing. I will be going back to read the first 3 in this set. Whilst I did not know the characters from her other books I found it was easy to understand the relationships between all the characters.
The story line was ace, lots of twists and turns and the ending was great and tidy. I hate it when the authors have books which end too quickly or leave you disappointed.
Adam Fawley is in charge and him and his team are investigating the abduction of a young girl called Faith. It quickly becomes a murder case and they are running out of time to solve this. Is it a copycat crime from 1999 or somebody new completely.

Cara Hunter has done it again! I have just read this book in 4 days and I was absolutely hooked!
The story is full of twists and turns, when you think you’ve worked out who did it, something happens to change it all again!
As this is the fourth book in the series, although it can be enjoyed on its own, I would highly recommend new readers to start from book number 1 to get the full background on the characters which will make it a much more enjoyable read.
Thank you so much to NetGalley and Penguin Books for giving me the chance to review this book and I can’t wait for book number 5 already!

Loved it loved it loved it. I love Cara. She is totally changing the game in this genre. I’m a bit somewhat bored of what other authors are writing, the storyline ‘behind closed doors perfect husband is horrible and it ends in murder’ is something I’m kind of bored of.
This is where Cara stands out. She comes up with something totally unique and I’m really loving the police characters in her series. I love seeing how it’s developing and I’m finding myself invested. I need to know about Adams future baby!

This is the first book that I have read by this author, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Lots of characters, plenty of action, twists and turns. I suspected several people along the way. Great twist at the end. Very well written. Would recommend.

Outstanding.. the best of the DI Fawley series so far. Cara Hunter manages to keep the element of surprise fresh and without cliche as usual and the extra detail given to back stories was unexpected and super intriguing... Cannot wait for the next one!

Absolutely love the Adam Fawley series of books! Hunter has a way of keeping the reader hooked from start to end and beyond... I am eagerly awaiting the next title already! Excellent characters, plenty of twists and turns and a unique format.

5 Stars from me
Well it is fair to say that Cara Hunter does not lack for imagination. All The Rage is chock-full of suspects and has at least eleventybillion potential different outcomes - all of which you try and compute as you race through the pages.
Beautiful Oxford comes to life within this story and in a way the Cambridge does during the Cambridge Blue series.
DI Adam Fawley is a complex little bunny isn't he, even so I find him very likeable and he has that dogged determination that all the very best literary detectives possess - if you were a victim he'd be the guy you'd want investigating and if you were guilty of something you'd be hoping he wasn't! That said, he has a strong team too and it was nice to read a book where it wasn't just the lead detective who was worthy of glory.
As ever with Cara Hunter's books there is a moral and social thread within this story and this made it all the more interesting for me. There are some disturbing elements and there is a lot to think about within this beautifully crafted story.
As great as this book was to read, I am utterly sure it would be fantastic televised - I can picture a lot of the scenes and really think the whole thing would make for a magic tv series.
Synopsis: A teenage girl is found wandering the outskirts of Oxford, dazed and distressed. The story she tells is terrifying. Grabbed off the street, a plastic bag pulled over her face, then driven to an isolated location where she was subjected to what sounds like an assault. Yet she refuses to press charges.
DI Fawley investigates, but there's little he can do without the girl's co-operation. Is she hiding something, and if so, what? And why does Fawley keep getting the feeling he's seen a case like this before?
And then another girl disappears, and Adam no longer has a choice: he has to face up to his past. Because unless he does, this victim may not be coming back . . .
