Radclyffe is always a comfort zone for me personally ! I don’t think I’ve ever been disappointed with her writing!
So this obviously is another book from the Honor series and you don’t necessarily need to read all 9 books before you read this :) I do suggest and highly recommend that you start with the first couple of books to understand the idea of the series!
So as expected (in a good way), this one is full of action, romance and drama! It’s very tough to review a book in a series because there’s so much history and a lot of drama in the plot that I fear that it would spoil it for everyone! So, instead, I’m just going yo recommend this book and actually recommend the series!
My rating is a 4.25.
“I received an ARC for an honest review.”

Anytime we get another Radclyffe book that is in her series is a good day. I love Cam and Blair and all the other stories that are a part of their world. This one was just as intriguing as the other. Loved having Sandy & Dell/Mitch being more involved this time.

Cost of Honor is the next book in the Honor series and it is enthralling. The cast of characters is reminiscent of those long standing drama shows that captivate its audience week after week.
Before the president’s arrival in Philadelphia to accept his party’s nomination for a second term, various law enforcement agencies gather intelligence and plan strategies to insure his safety As perceived treats now become a reality, the protectors put their lives on the line to safeguard not only the president and loved ones but all civilians in harm’s way. From start to finish, the author engaged her audience with a fast paced storyline filled with a good mix of drama and romance.
Since this is part of a series, there are recurring characters from previous books and like all series it’s good to read the others to fully understand the characters. However, it is not totally necessary since the author does a good job in introducing her very diverse characters, past and present, with enough background to understand their role.
Whatever genre interest you, I don’t think you can go wrong with a Radclyffe book because it’s always well written and captivating.
Highly recommended!

For those who follow the adventures of the two women who star in the Honor series, this is another chapter that does not disappoint. As in the previous books of this series this has Cam and Blair as a common point, but they are not the main characters, there is always a newly created couple that is the focus of the story and around this new couple, they appear characters from the previous books.
This time the protagonist couple is formed by Ari, a campaign manager who must assume this role for the re-election of the President, and Oakes, an agent of the Secret Service who must organize security during the tour of this campaign. IIt’s not necessary that I explain to you in great detail the problems and conflicts of interests that they must face, besides Radclyffe does not skimp on detailing anything and it is impossible to summarize the whole environment surrounding the story. And as always, from the beginning you get caught in the plot. But in this case I think that the end has been excessively rushed, both in the resolution of the main threat and in the couple created in this story.
Although I must value above all that I have been able to continue filling my need for new chapters of this series. So, for those who also follow and expect new adventures of this "family" I think that in this book you will find what you are looking for.
