I love romance books, but this one has the same plot as others, but without the extra "oomph" needed to keep you going.

With a stalker getting more dangerous, actress Remi Divine is sick of her bodyguards. She has already run away from them because they are like stick figures with no personality. Seeing Mason Swift across a room and having an instant attraction to him only becomes more complex when he is the new bodyguard. But he is protection with a heart and although his first job is to keep her safe, falling in love is a close second. But can he remain attracted to her with when her safety comes first? Can he remain on the job while he gets her between the sheets/ With adorable characters and a storyline that had me on the edge of my seat this was a fabulous read. I never saw the stalker's identity coming. I cannot wait to read more in the series.

What can I say? Melissa Foster has done it again. Mason is the perfect leading man! Hot, sexy, brooding, sensitive - he’s the best! You just want to get in trouble so he has to protect you! Remi just wants someone to see under her outside trappings to the real her - a girl missing her parents & wanting to be loved. They are perfect together & bring out each other’s best!

Ms. Foster manages to put a new spin on every story she writes. Her characters are realistic & relatable (besides being drool worthy). Remi manages to engage the readers sympathies when you hear about losing her parents, her brother raising her & the stalker terrorizing her. Nothing can be more moving or so you think until you hear about Mason’s childhood & life as a soldier. Ms. Foster has taken two people broken emotionally & helped them find solace & peace with each other. I really loved that she also makes the children a big part of the side story! I can’t wait for Aiden’s book to come out!

This is part of series however it is the only book in the series I have read. It easily stands alone and stars movie star, Remi who has a bad stalker and her brother wants her safe so he has hired bodyguards for her. But she hates them and ducks them and so her brother hires Mason, who owns the company and is good friends with her brother.

This was a really sweet, romantic and fun story. Both Mason and Remi were awesome characters who fall hard for the other. There are also some awesome side characters that I cannot wait to read more on in the future.

This is Love by Melissa Foster a five-star read that will show you love. This is the second story in the Harmony Pointe series, but you don’t need to have read number one. Remi, Remi, Remi on the surface you have it all, beautiful looks, a great career as a movie star and wealth only few can dream of. By all rights she should be a Diva, shouldn’t she be? That’s what Mason Swift was thinking when he took the job. The thing is looks can be deceiving and just because Remington has all of that, she isn’t a Diva and she isn’t happy. This was a compelling and twisty story, it wasn’t always great, and it got a little long at parts, but overall it just warmed me and surprised me as well. I have enjoyed this author and am sure I will enjoy reading more again.

Remi Divine is sick of having body guards rule her life. She has a stalker and her brother is determined to keep her safe. They finally come to an agreement, only one bodyguard. Enter Mason Swift, her new hunky bodyguard. Remi is instantly attracted to Mason.

This is a romance with some mystery but the story is mostly about the characters and the romance. There is suspense, we don’t know who Remi’s stalker is. If you are looking for a fast read with a good romance this is the book for you.

This was my first Melissa Foster book, but her name did sound familiar to me. This book was a fun romance, that deals with loss and overcoming it, but also has a hint of romantic suspense. I think the only miss in the book was that I felt like there were SO many side-characters that I couldn't keep them all straight.

Remi is an interesting character, she has been kind of sheltered her whole life because her older brother raised her after their parents died when she was younger. I get why she is so frustrated and feels trapped. So when Mason starts working as her bodyguard, and they start to bond, I was glad to see that. Because it felt like she was in a gilded cage.

I really liked the slow-burn, we can't do anything about this, romance that they had going on. Remi knew what she wanted, but because of a miscommunication, she holds off. Mason knows he's attracted to Remi, but feels conflicted because of their age difference and the fact that her brother is paying him to take care of her.

Once they do get together, there are some great steamy scenes! I loved their chemistry with each other, but I did feel bad they had to keep everything a secret.

I did feel a little meh about the stalker. To me, it just didn't make sense at all. It also felt like it wrapped up a little too well. Like it felt a little bit rushed and I felt like I didn't get a good explanation about what happened.

I still enjoyed this one, and I am interested in reading other books from this author.

A famous and beautiful Hollywood star, Remi Devine, has everything that money can buy. Ever since losing both her parents in a horrific car crash, she has only had her older brother Aiden in her life. That is until she met and befriended the Daltons. Now she has a family of loving friends who care about and love her. Unfortunately, she also has a stalker who is determined to claim her as his own and has been getting braver in his endeavour to make his threats a reality. She has been trying to live a normal life as possible by trying to dodge her bodyguards and evade her brother. And no matter how much she tries she neither feels safe nor alive. That is until the best bodyguard in the business is assigned to be her personal security detail.

Mason Swift never had a family to call his own. The only family he’s ever had has been his brothers in arms. He is the best security expert in the business and has been hired to protect Remi Divine, a woman who he believes to be a total Hollywood diva- until he meets her in person and sees that she is anything but. He can’t let his attraction to her get in the way of his job or lose his focus, but living in close quarters and in constant danger isn’t helping to lessen the burning and intense attraction he feels for her.

Another sexy and emotional addition to Melissa Foster’s Harmony Pointe series. There are just so many stories left to tell and I can’t wait to read each and every one of them. A beautifully written series that shouldn’t be missed!

A great read.

Mason is Remi's new bodyguard. Before she knew who he was she was attracted to him. All she wants is some normalcy in her life - will she get that with Mason.

Looking forward to the next book in this series.

I really loved this book! Classic Melissa Foster, guaranteed to give you all the feels. All.The. Feels. Literally all of them.

Remi is an A list actress who has become friends with the Daltons for the Sugar Lake series (and the first Harmony Point book). She unfortunately has a stalker and needs protection. Aiden, her brother, hired Mason as a bodyguard since she keeps giving the other ones the slip. I loved Mason and Remi’s story and their instant attraction. They both have some baggage to overcome, but this is a great love story with a bit of suspense and emotion. I also like how I got more of all of the Dalton’s. I really hope Aiden’s story is next!

I voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for letting me read this book.
I probably won't be posting this review anywhere else, as I don't like sounding harsh to authors who have obviously slaved away to write a book. This one just wasn't for me, and it was my own fault; diving into a series when I haven't read any of the author's previous books. There were many characters we were meant to know, and I think I would've appreciated them all a bit more if I had known their backstory.
It felt a little long too. They got together quite fast and then we were just waiting for the stalker to get caught.

Remi loves acting but having a crazy stalker is something she could do without. Her older brother has hired bodyguards to protect her but she's tired of being followed everywhere she goes, even to the bathroom. After she gives her bodyguards the slip a few times Mason, the boss of the company, decides to do the job himself. What he didn't count on was how hard it was going to be to stay professional. Remi and Mason are great together but the stalker doesn't think so. Enjoyable romantic suspense.

Remi Divine has lived most of her life in the public eye, but that just comes with being a famous actress. After too many creepy letters from a stalker and one house break-in, her overprotective brother highers a security company to keep her safe. Now she's 3000 miles away from her stalker in Harmony Pointe, NY, and is fed up with being ushered around like an object and not a person by her bodyguards, she demands one plain-clothed guard. Mason Swift is the best in the business and takes his job seriously. He soon learns that Remi Devine has so much more depth than she projects publicly.

This is Love is what I like to call a "Hallmark" suspense since it has a sweet love story and minimal conflict. Remi and Mason have both suffered great tragedies having lost parents and Mason having lost friends while at war, I was truly heartbroken for them both. The stalker helped keep the anticipation, waiting for him to pop up. I love how helping others became a big part of the story, especially such a vulnerable population. There are so many side characters that I was continually confused, especially when there was a large gathering. While I have read a few Melissa Foster books, I have not read them all, I can appreciate carryover characters or characters that make cameos but there are just so many it was too much for me to keep straight. Overall this is a sweet story with a little bit of suspense to keep it interesting.

I was given an ARC from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

This is the 2nd book in the Harmony Pointe series but it certainly can be read as a standalone. Having read the first in the series, this had familiar known characters and great new ones. Another romantic, hot story with a strong and interesting storyline. I loved the bonds between the group of friends who share each others happiness, good and bad times. Such an easy, engaging read which I could not put down.

I cannot wait for the next one in the series.

Despite the author having written some 65 books I have to confess this is the first one I've read and for the most part I enjoyed it. It's got the feel of The Bodyguard to it with superstar actress Remi being protected from a stalker by bodyguard Mason. Remi doesn't like being followed around and kept in a box and Mason is determined to keep her safe. Needless to say they clash and sparks start to fly.

It's certainly a fun read and Mason and Remi do have some chemistry. I do love the whole forced together trope so for the most part this worked for me. Unfortunately though I feel like once they got together it lost a little something. I would have preferred a little more conflict and teasing between them. It all gets a little too lovey dovey a little too fast for me.

It also seemed like there were a lot of other characters, none of which were particularly well fleshed out. I suspect they featured in the authors previous books so if you're a fan you'll probably love seeing how they're all doing. As a Foster newbie I'm afraid it was too many people with too much back story I just didn't care about. I ended up skimming through the sections when they're all together as I couldn't keep track of everyone and their relationships.

Anyway, it is a sweet and funny story with some steamy scenes so if like me you like that kind of thing I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

Another enjoyable addition to the Harmony Pointe book series. Rémi Devine is an A list actress with a stalker and an overprotective brother/manager Aiden. Ramie hated having a bodyguard and ditched her previous team. While Aiden is out of the country on a business deal, he hires Mason to run Remi’s security detail. There is instant attraction, and the fact that Mason wants to help Remi live a relatively normal life while still being safe increases Remi’s attraction. I liked both Remi and Mason and catching up on the other characters from the Sugar Lake/Harmony Pointe universe. Definitely a fun, steamy romance. I received an ARC of this book from NetGalley for my honest review.

Remi is a young Academy Award winning actress. Despite her success at an early age, she has been lonely for much of her life. Her parents were killed in a car accident when she was 12, and her older brother raised her after that. She has recently increased her circle of friends, but most of her friends have significant others which has made her feel a bit left out. To compound this, she has been experiencing threats from a stalker.

Mason owns a security and protection company and was hired by Remi’s brother to protect her after a stalker broke into her home. Mason and Remi are instantly attracted to each other, but Mason fights the attraction due to their business relationship. Mason grew up in foster homes after he was taken away from his drug-addicted mother. He never had a family and isn’t sure that he even knows what love is.

Can two people lonely people with such different backgrounds and such challenges in their lives find happiness together?

This was a decent book, but so cheesy in parts. I like the author and have read her before. Thank you to netgalley for the arc.

Really cute story. Remi and Mason were both such great characters, Remi showed strength when it would have been easier to run and hide and Mason for such a strong man was able to make himself vulnerable. A couple of scenes brought tears to my eyes. A must read!
