I enjoyed this book from the start, it was a lovely read and inspiring. I recommened to all the teachers and parents I know, and I am sure many will benefit from this memoir.
My thanks to Netgalley and Troubadour. For a copy of “;An adventure in Education “ for an honest review.
This was an informative book and probably better suited to someone in the teaching profession.
I must admit I thought it would be more anecdotal so the book probably wasn’t meant for me.
Read and reviewed in exchange for a free copy from NetGalley. I'm not sure what I thought of this. Esp writes well and it was interesting, but I think I expected more fly on the wall anecdotes about teaching, rather than discussion about educational policy.
An interesting look at the state of education through the eyes of the author.a valuable book for professionals and anyone interested in the world of education.today.#netgalley#troubador
An interesting look at the history of education through the eyes of someone who has lived it. I didn't read the blurb properly and thought it was a book about a school teacher's anecdotes about the classroom but the book was a lot wider than that. I enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I did. It should be something all politicians, teachers and parents should read.
