A definite contender for the most important book I will read this year. Written in a really chatty and informative style, this book is like a hug from a gorgeous friend who wants the very best for you.

Often, this genre can be preachy or a bit woo-woo and that’s certainly not the case with The Lipstick Principles. It is practical, engaging and really smart. The years of experience and real-life examples give credibility and substance to the advice shared.

As the book suggests, I asked for a sign from the universe (I know I said no woo-woo....but let’s go with it anyway...!) and whilst reading the last few chapters, I got the sign I asked for. Honestly it brought me to tears.

This is a potentially life changing book and one I know I will return to again and again. Thank you for letting me experience it!

This book is a great help, full of practical advice that will make a real difference, straight talking and easy to understand. Not wish washy, pretentious or condescending, it’s just straight forward practical guidance. Easy to put in practice and make the changes you need. I found this helpful and like the fact it was small changes
