I very much enjoyed this book. It has a good story and excellent main characters. I would definately recommend this book.
What a charming read! Delightful beach reading. I really enjoyed the banter between Sarah and Steven.
Many thanks to NetGalley, the publisher, and the author for my ARC. All opinions are my own.
Sarah is packing up her old life to begin a fresh. Whilst packing she discovers an old recording of a psychic reading she had when she was 18 and thought was lost. After re listening she realises every prediction had come true, except one...
This was a sweet, romantic read that had me laughing and cheering for Sarah as she tries to find the elusive “one”.
Can’t wait to read more from Whitsborough Bay!
A little predictable, that being said I really liked this book. It was a quick and easy read. Perfect for a pick me up when you need it.
Loved this book. Great characters, easy read, uplifting, funny, romantic and charming. A really nice story that is the perfect escapist read.
This was a the 2nd book of the series & I loved it just as much as the first. Lovely heart warming quick read with amazing characters. Can’t wait to read the 3rd instalment.
I usually enjoy the escape the city life trope (love the holiday Hallmark movies) but this felt a little too kitschy and corny for my taste.
Cute and slightly sappy story that would make a perfect romcom movie! Everything did feel a little to 'wrapped up in a bow' at so many points, but it was a sweet and enjoyable book that really entertained and brought a smile on
Absolutely adore this series! This author cannot do any wrong in my opinion. I have found this book utterly impossible to put down.
Fantastic book by a fantastic author.
I wanted to love this, as I loved the first so,ugh and it is nice, light hearted read, the characters were lovely and the story heartwarming, but I found Sarah slightly silly and irritating with her Steven obsession, I know it’s the point of the story but I found it too far fetched and ridiculous how obsessed she was, still nice if you get past it. A nice read but not silly
Thanks to netgalley and the publisher for a free copy for an honest opinion
It was a great read.. I liked Nick. The obsession with Steve'' s was funny especially with some of the dodgy ones she met. I loved the flower shop part of the story . Also we all know what it is like when your close friends do not get on. I liked theuse of sticky notes for pros and cons
This book was a breath of fresh air. It was well written and easy to read. It flowed so well. I really enjoyed it.
When Sarah decides to make a change and leave her dead end relationship and job in London, she gets more than expected. At 30, this is not the life she expected or wanted. When her girlfriends helping her pack find an old CD of a reading by a fortune teller she gets sent on a search for her true love. I did like this one, although at times the angst seemed silly, but that might just be my age of 50+. Would recommend this one, as it is a fun read.
This is the first book that I've read from Jessica and I loved it. To be honest, it started out as the 'typical' rom com book and I was like....not again (some rom com books are SO bad) but after the 1st chapter I was hooked. What a great story! The main character, Sarah, is in a dead end relationship and finally does something about it. By surprise, she gets gifted a flower shop from her aunt, and moves back home to the town she grew up in by the sea. While packing up, she finds a CD from her past reading with a clairvoyant, which, to her surprise, many of things she speaks of have already come true, and she also tells Sarah her true soul mate is called Steven. So she moves back with her parents, opens the flower shop, and starts her search for Steven. The book follows Sarah along her journey being a business owner, trying to find the right "Steven", and finally finding true love. A must read for the romantics at heart.
Thanks @Netgalley for the ARC. I love finding new authors to read!

Really loved reading this book. Sarah who after a relationship breakdown visits her aunt who gives her the shop she runs which is a florist. Sarah comes back to London and packs up with the help of her two best friends, upon packing up she comes across a CD of her meeting with a clairvoyant who tells her whats going to happen in her life, and the name of her THE ONE. But one of her friends doesn’t believe it. and heads home.
She changes the shop completely and makes a fresh start. Her aunt leaves on her travels. From there starts Sarah’s search for The One as stated in the CD. Twists and turns ahead. Definitely recommend it.
This is a well written and entertaining story, the type of heartwarming and fun to read story I need now.
I read it as fast as I could and loved what I read.
Highly recommended.
Many thanks to the publisher and Netgalley for this ARC, all opinions are mine.
Well written and entertaining romance. Great plot and fun characters. I received an arc from the publisher and this is my unbiased review.
Really liked this second book in the series - the characters were warm, and I wanted there to be a connection with Nick and Steve.
A beautiful book from the cover to the prose to the emotions. Jessica Redland's books make me feel all warm and gooey inside.
This book had Sarah's search for The One. An old clairvoyant prediction got her searching for a man called Steven who was to be her soul mate, in spite of being attracted to Nick. Suddenly, there was a spate of Stevens surrounding her, including an old boyfriend whose middle name was Steven. Whom would she choose?
Having read many of this author's books, I knew I would get a book with the feels. This had bucket loads of humor as Sarah kept searching for her Steven. Friendships bloomed with Clare and Elise. I loved how the author etched Sarah, slowly developing her down the pages from a woman who believed in prediction to someone who soon started trusting her heart.
The words by the author were captivating, the plot kept my curiosity ramped up. It was an amusing, lovable two hours where I knew HEA was a given, but the journey to that goal included a lot of soul searching and listening to friends. All that made it a rocking ride.
Thanks Netgalley and the Publisher. This was a perfect easy and feel good read with great characters, great storyline. Loved it.
