This book is a great resource for anyone that is being mistreated in the workplace. The author went through hell to finally see justice for the unfair treatment she received. It took her years to get justice against these managers and she details the long process she utilized to assist others. This book was especially hard to read knowing that the author worked for the government and an office dealing with mistreatment of others.
