I read this book this morning with my daughter and it was a quick read as there are only a few pages with it being a board book.

The illustrations used in the book are nice and bright and toddlers will like – my daughter is 2 and she thought that they were great! I like that the book will have buttons that can be pressed to make the relevant sounds too

It makes it fun and also had an element of learning too – 3 stars from me

This is a very short book for the very youngest children.  They will enjoy seeing the animals and pressing the buttons to hear the sounds that they make.  A simple concept but it is effective.

Many thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for this title in exchange for an honest review.

This delightful board book will have kids coming back again and again to interact with the farm animal sounds. The animals are hungry and each of their favourite meals are highlighted: cow wants hay, sheep wants clover, and pig would love a crunchy apple, just to name a few. They are all eagerly awaiting the farmer who will grant all their wishes. Yum!

This book is short, simple and delivers. Kids can mimic all the animal sounds and have tons of fun doing it.

The illustrations are crisp and clear. The colour pallet is black, white, blue and yellow. The book will help wee ones with animal recognition and their sounds while introducing toddlers to descriptive words. Even though the book is short it will be read over and over again with glee. I recommend it.

Farm animal sounds to delight your little ones. And these animals are hungry. You will have fun reading with your baby making the animal sounds and learning what the animals like to eat. A gift of learning and reading is a rewarding way to spend time with your baby.

Cow, sheep, pig, and hen all want some tasty treats that the farmer brings around. That's pretty much the story! This is a simple, cute little book (I'm assuming this will be a board book even though I got it as an e-book ARC) where kids can moo like a cow, bleat like a sheep, oink like a pig, and cluck like a hen. The colors - black, white, blue, and yellow - are not in-your-face and bring good highlights to the book. This reminds me of the Dr. Seuss books I used to read as a kid where it was a black and white image with a splash of color here and there.

This was a fun little book. It seemed strange to me that the cow and sheep were looking at the reader, but the chicken and the pig were looking sideways. I really liked how in the end all the animals had their treat.
