Tigers by Paula Hammond is a gorgeous and informative book about one of the animal kingdom's most beloved members.
The photographs in this book are absolutely breathtaking, and the facts given in the picture captions are short, easy to understand, and fascinating! Sections of the book cover species, habitats, hunting for food, and tiger cubs.
What a joy to see so many views of these majestic, sleek and powerful animals! I applaud everyone involved with this book!

Stunning pictures of tigers of all subspecies and in all kinds of activities. The pictures are beautiful, with many spanning two pages.
Each chapter begins with a short introduction. The pictures have extensive and often humorous captions.
Amazingly pretty pictures of tigers. The book provides facts and information on the animal as well, but the book worth it just for the pictures!
Thank you #NetGalley for the review copy of #Tigers
WOW, this book is absolutely beautiful. It starts with a brief introduction about how societies have viewed tigers, and what the future looks like for these big cats. The rest of the book is a collection of 150 huge breathtaking photographs of tigers, grouped by chapter (Species, Habitats, Hunting, Cubs) that ends with a list of picture credits for those who want to see more. Each chapter starts with a couple of paragraphs providing basic information about the topic, to give context to the photographs. The photos all have captions that go above and beyond by including a few sentences of related facts and not just describing the picture with a couple of words.
I recommend this book to everybody, and I truly hope that this book helps other readers see not only the beauty of tigers but also the importance of doing what we can to curb factors leading to their likely extinction, such as hunting and habitat destruction.
What a beautiful book, packed full of wonderful pictures of tigers. All taken in their natural habitat. I would certainly recommend this for your coffee table.
