Around 90% in the book I was thinking that things were settling down and the rest of the series would then be tamer when bang! A huge plot twist happened threatening everything!

That’s certain that Pepper knows how to hold her reader’s attention!

This is extremely difficult to review this series without giving away any spoilers!

What I learned here is that Sullivan is extremely complex. He sees life in black and white, no shades of grey. Following his reasoning and doubts showed the depth of his past trauma and how it made the man he is now.

Sullivan did terrible things in his past and is more than a morally grey character. Yet Eleanor has been drawn to him since the first day! Sparks are still flying like mad between them!

The chemistry is off the chart and you will need a cold shower more than once!

Their relationship is a real roller coaster here and nothing, I repeat nothing, is settled, even when we think it will be!



What I do love too in this series are some philosophical questions about our choice to eat meat or not, how we treat nature and animals. This all adds an added layer to the rubik’s cube that Sullivan is!



If you have read Pepper’s books before, you know that she can go on the dark side but none of her previous books and series is as dark and twisted as this one!

And of course, we are left on a huge cliffy so I want, no, I NEED the sequel now!

This series is turning out to be one of the hardest to review as there are possible spoilers everywhere. Thankfully Pepper starts this book exactly where we left it. Intense seems to be a very tame word to describe this story and Sully but honestly I can't think of another one. it is easy to be transported to the Goddess Isles and see the beauty there but there has to be a sting in the tale .... doesn't there? The connection Sully and Eleanor are forming has me equal parts anxious and happy. As a storyteller I don't believe there is any better than Pepper not only has she given the reader new characters to obsess over but she has built a world so vividly that I can see it. What happens next only she knows but I can't wait.

This is the third book in this amazing series. This series is just getting better and better just what you would expect from Pepper Winters. There are twists and turns along with danger, lies, emotions, darkness, secrets and surprises that you don't see coming, and the ending leaves you wanting the next book NOW. I couldn't turn the page's fast enough to see what happen next but everything is never what you expect, as usual a real page turner and totally addictive. Pepper Winters is an incredible author and amazing writer and this book, series and other books by her are a must read as every single one is a masterpiece and there for your reading pleasure but be warned once you read one book of Peppers you are totally addicted to the rest. Five stars are never enough for Pepper Winters Books.

This series just keeps getting better!
Sensual, dark and erotic story set in in an exotic location was simply divine.
Couple it with the authors unique vivid storytelling, and the result is sensual overload!
Intense, suspenseful and compelling, the story flowed so seamlessly I was swept back into Sully and Eleanor’s world. I couldn’t stop reading to discover what would unfold next.
The intense and unexpected twists left me wanting more.
I cannot wait to see what’s next!

This book picks straight back up where book two leaves you and it's just as intense as the others.
Every book i read in this series the more i fall in love with the Goddess Isles world.

This picks up where we left off and Eleanor pushing Sully's boundaries is a work of art and a gamble from which either one might not come back of. But I digress, buttons are being pushed, passions unleashed. Eleanor is fire, brimstone and emotions and her fearless attitude makes her the perfect heroine to Sully's darkness. I can't wait to see where we will be taken next but the explosive cliffhanger will leave you breathless and wanting more! I honestly volunteered to review this arc.

Once you read about Sully Sinclair, well he’s the watershed of your life when reading every dark romance book. Once in your mind you’ll compare him to everyone fiction or real. Because there’s not a chance we can part ways without changing the way we feel about love, humans or animals, this series will make you reevaluate what you think love meant to you.

OMG. What a story. If i could rate this book higher I would. I love Eleanor and Sully. There was so much going on in this book, so much turmoil, so much hate, lust and even love. So many lies to unravel to get to the truth. I am absolutely loving this series.

Third a Kiss takes this fantastically dark series into a whole new realm of possibility, not only does it's plot thicken with every page turn but it's sexual content has become so erotic it's dirtier than a stripper after a Saturday night working the pole.

Sully has become the ultimate anti-villain, when we were first introduced to him in Once a Myth you couldn't help but hate him for all that he believed in, but throughout this series we have begun to see what does actually lie beneath his guarded layers. We have learnt that behind the monster there is just a man that has been deeply hurt by others, that after losing all trust that he turned his back upon humanity and had become part of the darkness that we know him to dwell in.

While many questions were answered in this book it also throws up many new ones that left us with more confusion and a driving need for them to be answered. With the relationship between Eleanor and Sully moving into a completely new phase and becoming more complex at every turn this story is becoming an heated melting pot that's almost ready to explode. While euphoria is to be found in the setting of a island paradise we were left at the end with such a cliffhanger that danger is lurking there for all that dwell upon it's beautiful shores!

This is a superbly written addition to this dark and delicious series, it left me craving so much more of Sully and Eleanor living in his black and white vision of the world.

So this book I’ve been dying to read is just as poetic as the other two in the series. Increasing your heart rate with every line and breaking a man’s walls down one by one. I really expected this to be more brutal than it was.....more time in Euphoria. The characters were as strong as ever, a little harsh at times but hey given the chance aren’t we all. The darkness seems to be fading or is the just the lust in our eyes.

Several minor characters have bigger roles and their roles aren’t pleasing. And I may have a new favorite, but that’s my secret.

You know when you watch a really good movie suspense movie and the music is queued and it’s beat is getting faster and faster...that’s my heart while reading this. That’s the last chapter of this book. It’s the acid I had to swallow when it ended. Ugh! It beautifully great and sad at the same time.

This book contains sex, more sex, graphic details, and a cliffhanger.

I loved how the book is unfolding it gives more insight to the working of Sully's mind.

Still reeling from this book, heart stopping, I almost don't want to write a review because I don't think my words can do it justice. Pepper Winters like a black widow pulls you into her web and keeps you suspended in the darkness wirh suspense and tension until you are tied in knots.
Sully's character was formed from a turbulent childhood of mental and physical abuse at the hands of his older brother. Is he a boy, man, savior, devil or monster, which one or is he, or is he all of those things and more? "I'd fallen for the boy behind the mask". Sully has been conditioned for decades to not trust or love, he sees everything in black and white.
Jess fell for the man with all his darkness and looking for the light with in him she wanted his trust, his love and when she finally got it, could she trust it? Sully was finally able to trust Jess enough to tell her he loved her but loving her might be the biggest downfall of his life. Someone close to Sully has betrayed him to his brother and he is out for revenge. Will Sully and Jess be able to survive what Sully's brother has planned for them or will this destroy Sully once and for all?

Ahh sully just makes me fall for him more and more as each story goes on. I need the next one

This story gave me all the feels. These characters are just wow!

Oh My Gosh!!!! Just when I think this story couldn't take any more twists or turns....BAM book three happens. I absolutely didn't see that coming and during the course of this book I was happy, sad, scared, elated, sad again, shocked and finally my heart is racing. And this is all from reading a wonderful, emotional, heartfelt book. I cannot wait for book 4 to see where Sully and Eleanor (Jinx) journey goes next, I have no doubt that it will not be what I am expecting. I was provided a copy of this book through Netgalley for an honest review.

Hands down, Third a Kiss is the hottest book of this series. We have learned so much in this book of what we speculated happened in the first and second book.

I couldn't get enough of Sully and Eleanor. Even though they both have their issues (mainly Sully) they fit like a glove, they are undeniably perfect for each other.

I loved how Eleanor would break those damn walls that Sully had so high up that it was impossible for anyone to break, but Eleanor managed to break them. Their chemistry and attraction was so freaking hot that I felt like crawling into that book at times and actually seeing it in person.

For as much as Sully tried and tried to get Eleanor to hate him, she just couldn't. She knew, she just knew that Sully was the man for her. She figured shit out that Sully never in a million years thought she would. Together Sully and Eleanor were like a tsunami waiting to happen!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED and couldn't get enough of Sully and Eleanor!

Sullivan is everything in this story. He certainly proves that he is a beast under his fine suit. But he is also a complicated man with many layers. My heart aches for him and the pain he has endured and continues to endure. He doesn't trust and who could blame him? Those who were supposed to love him were the ones who caused him the most pain. I just want to wrap him up and hold him tight. I love him even more in this story.

I have to say, I was slightly miffed with Eleanor in this story. Her decision to force Sully into a situation that he didn't ask for wasn't something I agree with. I understand her desperate need to have him admit the truth but I didn't agree with her methods. But as the story continued, I realised that it was a turning point and I sort of forgave her. However it was a risk.

There seemed to be something lurking on the horizon, something I couldn't quite describe but something was coming. And I'm not the only one. Sully has a feeling that his connection with Eleanor will end badly... Forces around them are working against them and many are trying to keep them apart. Just when I thought or at least hoped that things would take a turn for the better, that danger was front and centre. I didn't know what to expect but it came and I fear where this will lead. What I do know is that I pushed aside everything to devour this story. I have truly been sullied by Sully and I'm not upset about it. Not one bit.

WOW! I don’t know how to start this review, because it’s the only word that comes to mind right now! I was dying to get back to this exotic world where your wildest dreams can become a reality after the heart-stopping ending of Twice A Wish, but wasn’t expecting Third A Kiss to start this vivid and torrid! This third novel is such a magnetic, seductive, emotional journey that left me in a frenzy!

From page to page, the transformation of Eleanor and Sully’s dynamic is just sublime to explore. This couple with a combusting chemistry melted my kindle with sinful and scorching hot encounters! Their sexual pull toward each other is ultimately unleashed, creating an inferno of decadent passion I was waiting for since Once A Myth! While they delve into this new physical aspect of their relationship, the emotional side wasn’t left behind. I felt this carnal closeness only serve to bring their real feelings to the surface! The push and pull brought me to tears from the palpable heartbreaking feelings it delivered!

Eleanor imposes herself as a true queen, being fearless when faced with Sully’s multiple rebuffs and denials of their one of a kind connection. She’s unafraid to confront him and put him in situation where her powerful presence is confirmed! Eleanor is sassy and determined to make Sully realize that they share something tangible and sincere! I’m fan-girling over this heroine with amazing qualities!

If Eleanor is majestic in her actions, Sully is imperious in his behavior. Under his hard exterior and aloof personality, he hides a damaged heart that is so beautiful. He’s difficult to read at times, but Eleanor melt his coldness and achieves to show the thoughtful man inside. He displays protectiveness, jealousy, passion and an amalgam of conflicting feelings toward the young woman, coming to a breaking point that left me in awe! Seriously, that man is such an alpha with a very dirty mouth, but also has a tender side that had me starry-eyed!

While Third A Kiss mostly revolves around the relationship of this pair, it also has a suspenseful vibe. Exterior threats are planning over Sully and his Goddess Isles, making his paradisiac world’s future precarious. It had me on edge all read long expecting the worst to happened!

This novel is unquestionably a new top favorite read of 2020! With her lyrical writing style, Pepper Winters never fails to give you a punch of feels to the heart and it’s exactly what this book provided me! As much as it’s erotic and graphic, it’s intensely breathtaking and poignant! That shocking ending had me in pieces and really intrigued for the turn that The Goddess Isles Series will take. I’m anxious for what’s next for this fated couple!

THIS is why Pepper Winters is the Queen of dark romance. The beginning of this book will have you holding your breath, on the edge of your seat. You think you know what’s coming, but you have NO idea what’s really headed your way!

Pepper puts you on that island. You can feel the cool breeze of the ocean, the sand under your toes. You FEEL every emotion, the good, bad and ugly. It’s erotic, emotional, angsty and such an addicting story that you will not be able to put down.

The twists and turns, the sexual chemistry, the relationship between Sully and Eleanor, the ENDING...absolutely stunning. Each book in this series has blown my mind and I cannot wait to see where book four takes us!

Yes, I loved how fast paced this installment was and kept me towards on the edge of my seat. I loved seeing the relationship progression of Sully and Eleanor. I will say while I saw the ending revelation somewhat coming, I'm still eager to see how the next two books will turn out in this series.
