This book was between a 3 and 4 star for me. I decided to side with the 3 mostly for missed opportunities. It was a good book but it could have been so much better! Obviously, going in to the book the reader knows where it is headed, right? It has to end where it does. The question is how he got himself three wives and how they find out and exact their revenge. This is where I felt the book took a misstep. Way too much time was spent focused on Jonathan Mitchell Wright III getting himself into a crazy situation with three wives and very little time was spent on revenge. I wanted to read close calls between them all running in to each other, slippery situations he had to work himself out of, and then how it all culminates in them getting together, commiserating, wringing their hands, and devising an evil wicked Macbeth's three witches kind of revenge. That fell short. It seemed like Ms. Keir ran out of steam or out of pages allocated to her completed book and the end was tied up in a bow way too quickly. I was disappointed!

I had high hopes for this book because it kind lf reminded me of The Wives by Taryn Fisher but I was left disappointed. It was basically one man playing 3 women the whole story. He was a total narcissist and I kept hoping for this huge woman empowerment moment where the three women joined forces and gave him the biggest F U of his life and it was literally just a blip of a few paragraphs and then fast forward a few months. As much as I built up my hatred for Mr Wright, I expected some satisfaction from his downfall and getting to laugh and gloat but its like the author was so done with writing she wrapped it up super quick.

This was the first book out of my normal romcom genre and I can honestly say I'm so glad I read this. There were so many twists it was hard to keep up and half the time I was having anxiety for all parties involved! I'm not sure I saw that ending coming...This would definitely make for a good Lifetime movie one day! If you like a good suspense story regarding marriage/relationships then this one is definitely for you. Many thanks to Netgalley and Lake Union Publishing for an advance copy in exchange for my review,

5 out of 5 stars! One of the top 3 books I've read in 2020!
Lark, an up & coming board game designed from California, falls head over heads while at a hotel on business with Trip, an older, handsome investor. Jessica, a newly minted MD, can't resist Jonathan, a brilliant doctor on a path to cure childhood cancer. And Holly, a part-time pediatrician & mother of 3, enjoys her life with her husband, Jack, despite him often being out of town on business. Only one thing is wrong, their loving partner is the same man. Will Mr. Wright's lies catch up with him or can he come out unscathed?
Definitely a page turner that will keep you wanting to read more! I enjoyed the shift in perspective in chapters as story unfolded. Living in Chicago I especially enjoyed that part of the book was set here, as it's fun to know exactly the places they are at!
Thank you Linda Keir, Lake Union Publishing, and Netgalley for providing me with an advanced copy in exchange for an honest review. #TheThreeMrsWrights #NetGalley

He had the looks, he had the money and he used it to charm the women. Although, Jack, Jonathan or Trip (depending on the woman he was with), has been married to Holly for 20 years, it didn’t stop him from pursuing other women and even marrying one of them. These woman thought they’d found the one and were surprised when they learned the truth. But instead of working against each other, they band together to make him pay.
.
If you are looking for a quick read, scandalous plot line and something you can’t put down, check this one out. A little predictable but oh so fun!

This book is so out of my normal reding genre, but I enjoyed it do much!
As the title kinda suggest this guy, Mr Wright, has three wives/girlfriends. And as you can guess, these three women do not know each other! In each chapter we follow on of these women, first we get to know them and what their relation is with Mr Wright, or Jonathan. He uses a different name with all of them, but you do kinda know it is the same guy even though it is not said. I really enjoyed seeing how he was very different with all of them and also how these three women were very different from each other!
Jonathan has set up this company that wants to detect cancer in children before it can do any damage. I really liked seeing how this part of the story was woven into the story of the three women. It explained lots of his travels and visiting his wives/girlfriends.
I also really enjoyed how they figured everything out in the end! And how they ‘solved’ everything!
This story was very intriguing! I could not put it down, and read it all in three days!
I hope this short review convinced you to pick this one up! It was very good, very quick, and very well written! (I just don’t know how to review these type of books without giving too much away!)

"People who loved each other had to forgive each other all the time... but when did an act become unforgivable?"
Jessica, Lark and Holly are intelligent, savvy and attractive women but that's not all they have in common - they're all also unknowingly involved with the same man. Jonathan Mitchell Wright III may have them all thinking she's his one and only but he can only keep the women a secret from each other for so long....
If you're looking for a fast-paced, juicy domestic drama, The Three Mrs. Wrights is it. The women in the book are all relatable and you can see why they might overlook some seemingly obvious clues something was amiss because they thought they had found Mr. Right in Mr. Wright. The way Jon/Jack/Trip manages to juggle three women in his life was highly entertaining and I liked how Linda Graff used "quotes" from his TED Talk to kick off each chapter. But what I I really loved was the way he eventually got his comeuppance!
This is a fun read that may not go super deep (I really wanted to know WHY Jon/Jack/Tripp was doing what he did) but it will keep you turning the pages to find out what happens next. The story reminded me of something I'd be addicted to in a true crime podcast and I could totally see it being made into a movie.
Thanks to NetGalley, Lake Union Publishing and the author for an advanced copy to review.

This book was an entertaining read, although it took me quite a few chapters to get into it. The story came together from the POVs of the three "wives." Each woman had a different experience and life with serial cheater and sex addict Jon/Jack/Trip Wright.
There was a lot of backstory for each woman, building up to her present situation with Mr. Wright. It was the backstory that made the book drag a bit for me at the start. Once things got busier and schedules more complicated, the book got more interesting.
My heart went out to all three women, but mostly to first wife Holly. She was more in the dark than the others and I liked that she finally found her voice at the end! Lark and Jessica were both strong women, and I couldn't believe some of the lies they fell for.
Nothing particularly dramatic happened in this book until the end, and there were scenes that I expected to be more climatic but they weren't.
There were a handful of supporting characters, including friends and family, but the focus was primarily on the three women and their stories. We don't hear from Jon's POV until the end of the book, but we learn enough about him through the women. I was exhausted reading about Jon's cross country travels and keeping up with all three women! All of the horrible stuff he did aside, that's a pretty impressive feat.
I would say this is the perfect book if you're looking for something light and entertaining. It was a quick read once I got into it.

I can safely say I loved this book. Initially reading the summary I thought it would be about downtrodden women with the all conquering male hero. I was wrong. It’s about three formidable women
Holly. Wife and mother of three. Part time Medic
Jessica a newly qualified Medic who is head hunted to work for Cancura a company with a miracle pill.
Lark a young board game designer.
Then we have Jon /Jack / Trip. A man who does so much travelling to keep his lifestyle going. How he manages to remember things is a miracle.
You really take a dislike to the man but who will come out on top. The man or the Women. You’ll have to read to find out.
Many thanks to the publisher and Netgalley for the arc in return for an honest review

This is a fun, quick, fairly light mystery/suspense novel that is perfect to get you out of any reading slump you might find yourself in.
Three women, one man. (Maybe you're not supposed to know that it's one man right away, but the title of the book kind of gives that one away.)
Holly has been married to Jack for almost twenty years, has three children with him, and has both a private pediatric practice and a successful horse charity. Jessica is a doctor who gives up an important residency to follow her fiance Jonathan to Chicago to help him run his amazing nonprofit that promises to diagnoses pediatric cancer years before anything else out there. And Lark is a game developer in Los Angeles, who has a whirlwind romance and business relationship with Trip, a private investor she meets at an airport bar.
You have to suspend disbelief a little bit (maybe a lot) for any of this to work -- in my mind, there are just too many questions about Jack/Jon/Trip and these are all called out as very intelligent women -- but if you take this book at face value, the build up to the conclusion is a lot of fun. The end is a bit quick -- I think I would have liked that build up to have lasted a bit longer and seen more of it come together than just heard about it through a phone call, but it did keep the fast pace of this book moving, so I'm thinking the author specifically made the decision to write it this way.
Again, this isn't great literature, but it's a fun bit of suspense, and I definitely recommend it.
Thank you to NetGalley and Lake Union Publishing for providing me with an arc of this book. It has not influenced my opinion.

What I loved about this book was that it didn't go down the unreliable narrator route or weak women who accepted the hand they had been dealt. This book showed true female empowerment and strength while bringing together three vastly different women and worlds.
Told from the perspectives of Holly, a part time GP and charity creator. Jessica, a doctor working in a medical research and development facility. And Lark, a board game creator starting her own company to encourage young girls into STEM, we get to see women working at high powered, high pressured endeavours and really holding their own.
Unfortunately they are all being manipulated by the charming but calculating Jonathan Mitchell Wright III. The ending of this book was an unexpected but intensely satisfying conclusion.

THE THREE MRS. WRIGHTS by Linda Keir was a great read. This is the story of Trip… no Jon… no Jack… no Jonathan…. Really?!?! Well, all these names are his depending on who you are. So, this is the story of a man with many names who is a highly successful and rich businessman and who loves women. To tell you more would reveal too much about the plot. But let us just say that he is involved with more than just one woman. Lies, deception, and an exceptionally busy calendar fill the life of Dr. Jonathan Mitchell Wright. One man + three women = big troubles.
.
This is a great and very entertaining read. My only disappointment with the book was that the authors do not explain why Mr. Wright is the way he is. What caused him to be unfaithful and wanting more than one woman in his life. Why was he so delusional? The ending was well done but a bit too happy ever after for Mr. Wright in my opinion.

Holly the wife. Jessica the wife and Lark the fiancee. Jon/Jack/Trip one man. I loved this book. The characters were all interesting and I couldn't read fast enough. I had to know how this was going to come together in the end. Would recommend this read.

4/5 stars! This was a compulsively readable and imminently entertaining novel about a man who balances not only a double life, but a TRIPLE life, with (you guessed it) triple the wives. This is like "The Wives", but so much better. You're rooting for the 3 scorned women the whole time and always waiting for one of them to catch on to Jon/Jack/Trip. That waiting keeps you on the edge of your seat (and flipping pages). I really enjoyed the drama-filled ride, but the ending was a bit abrupt for me. I don't think the chapter from the husband's perspective was necessary (it just made me mad haha) and the last "epilogue-style" chapter ended very quickly with too little resolution after all of the build-up. Despite this, I would still definitely recommend The Three Mrs. Wrights!

The Three Mrs. Wrights was very good! I wasn’t sure what I was getting into when I started this except for the obvious bigamy tale. But this story was fun and interesting. Jonathan/Jack/Trip Wright is a married man, well twice married with a fiancée on the side. He’s a doctor and the CEO of a business whose mission is to create a chewable that detects cancer. Both of his wives are doctors but his fiancée is a designer of STEM related board games. The story is good but gets a lot better once the women discover each other’s existence. Then the trap they set for Mr. Wright was an awesome scene-highly entertaining!
Overall I really liked this book! Thank you to #netgalley and the publisher for the advanced e-copy of #thethreemrswrights!

The Delightful Mr Wright....
Mr Wright, of course, is not delightful. He is certainly not Mr Right. Mr Wright is serial philanderer. Mr Wright is presently juggling three wives. Are the lies of Mr Wright ever going to catch up with him and catch him out? An entertaining read and some guaranteed escapism.

Thank You Netgalley, Lake Union Publishing and Linda Keir for the ARC!
Meet Lark, Holly and Jessica--one is a business woman and two are doctors. And all are in love with one man, named Jonathan Wright--Holly knows him as Jack and is married to him with three kids, Jessica knows him as Jon who is working with him in a medical company that tends to do research on cancer and Lark knows him as Tripp, a businessman. Jonathan Wright is certainly not a Mr. Right as he is deceiving and telling lies to the women and soon the lies follow up to him...
The plot line was good, though initially, it was bit boring in the beginning and also in the middle, with unnecessary story lines. However, towards the ending, it got very interesting and the ending was really good as well. I also like how the story was told from the perspectives of these three women, so we can know what they are really thinking and how each of them are dealing with Jonathan Wright.
I enjoyed this book but I would give this book only three stars!

Thank you so much to NetGalley and Lake Union Publishing for the ARC in exchange for my honest review.
I'm going to keep this one very short because there isn't much that I can say about it other than it was mildly entertaining. In all honesty this reminded me of a fun version of "the wives" but without twists and mystery.

I was SO entertained by this book! I read it in one setting because I just had to know what came next. Jonathon Mitchell Wright is married to Holly and they have three teenagers. To Holly he is Jack. He also has a mistress, Jessica, who knows him as Jon and a third relationship with Lark, who knows him as Trip. He has a medical research company and travels extensively which makes it possible to pull this deception off for a while. I was rooting for the women the whole time and couldn't wait til Mr. Wright got his come uppance. I loved the characters and the ending was great.
Thanks to Net Galley for allowing me to read this delightfully delicious and entertaining book!

A cheating husband trying to keep 3 different relationships going! This book had a very different twist at the end that I loved! This could definitely be made into a movie!
