If people live long enough they will experience grief of some kind. Loss is part of living here. However until it happens to you its impossible to explain to another what it feels like to lose someone you love. With the world being what it is I too have felt a lot of grief lately and read this book to learn how others deal with it. I was not prepared for the advice and methods Ms Freeman used to reorder her life after grief. I found many things I could relate too as I read. One idea that I have found inspiring is foods that remind you of the loved one. Sharing a meal with those you love is the thing I think all people have in common but it never occurred to me that I could remember a loved one when eating something they loved .
This book is an honest , interesting and timely story. One I am sure more of us are needing to read as time goes on.
