Good storyline. great charcters, the story flowed really well, and it was a fun read. I sat and read this in the garden and it was a great way to while away an afternoon.

A heart-warming tale of Florence and Sam who apart from being neighbours are paired up in the village Winter stage production. Follow the ups and downs their friends and family whilst they slowly fall in love. A perfect book for reading with a warming hot chocolate.

When Florence receives an inheritance of her Great Aunt Elsie's cottage in Willowboury whe decides to move. On her first night there's dreadful noise coming from next door until the early hours and she then thinks she might have made a terrible decision

loved it. Nice to be back in Willowbury ( does not matter if you have not read any any others) . I liked Florence's story . How she found out her Aunts story out. Her love story with Sam was deep but lovely .How Sam protected his brother was lovely. I did guess Adrian 's secret early on . It was a feel good book. .Perfect holiday read

Pleasant romance involving the main character, Florence, who receives a cottage as a surprise inheritance and moves to a cozy village. She then gets wrapped up in the village Christmas production and sparks fly between Florence and Sam, who plays the male lead. The story started off enjoyable but then just became dull. I had a hard time getting through the end of the book as it seemed nothing interesting happened. Thank you to NetGalley for an advanced copy of this book..

This is an easy beach read. It was an interesting storyline but didn’t hold my interest because it was do predictable. It just took a long time getting to the end

This has been an absolutely gorgeous and perfect read. I haven't been able to put it down. I was attracted to this book by the gorgeous cover and the story has been equally as beautiful.
I cannot say anything negative about this this book, the characters are fantastic and seem extremely likeable and real.
The book pulls you in from the very beginning and it is absolutely impossible to put down.
Fay Keenan is a fantastic author and I have absolutely loved this book. This is definitely a favourite moving forward. I highly recommend this book.
A definite five star read by a truly talented author.

This book was average. Didn't like the main characters and it was a pretty obvious storyline which could have been handled better.

Loved how the story covers heartbreak, love, and lots of understanding. From a noisy neighbour who is not all he seems to his complex brother who bottles everything up and carry’s the weight of the world on his shoulders. Florence inheriting her aunts house holds lots of memories from the past she just doesn’t realise what surprises it holds. Hope there will be another book soon

Thanks to the publisher and Netgalley for an early review copy.

After Florence Ashton receives a surprise inheritance, she decides to move to the town of Willowbury.

With a new house and a new job, Florence’s too busy putting down roots to think about love.

Sam Ellis who work with Air Ambulance, also is not looking for romance either. Definitely not on his doorstep.

But, one day when Florence, his new neighbour, complains about his noisy housemate, he feels more cross than anything romantic.

But, both find themselves cast together in Willowbury’s seasonal drama production, can they/will they look past their differences and allow a little bit of winter magic to cast a spell for them,

And as Florence clears the attic what secrets will be revealed by the boxes that are up there??
