A sweet book for babies and young toddler. Great, engaging pictures and noises. Perfect for very young babies who need monochrome contrast pictures to look at and to stimulate their development.

Hush..... Little Bear Is Sleeping by Surya Sajnani is a delightful book. It is a sweet little story about a bear trying to sleep. The story is lovely and the illustrations are simple but eye-catching. It is perfect for young children and especially for bedtime stories!

I love a book with repetition where children learn to read simply by repeating. The pictures are basic, but clear/bold. I do think it’s a little short and would warrant something to keep the children motivated, e.g. flaps, etc, though.

A very sweet book to read with children. I think this is ideal to read at bedtime. It introduces children to a variety of animals and told in a very gentle way. I enjoyed reading this with my 18 month old.
