I read Lia’s first novel three times and loved it so much so had very high hopes for this one. I absolutely adored it! It’s cute, sweet, funny and heartwarming. This will be one I read again and again. One of my top recommended books for the summer for sure.

Katy Sobey is a fantastic narrator of audiobooks, one of my favourites in fact. She encapsulates Emmie's heartbreak at Lucas' news at the beginning of the novel and the beauty of Emmie's friendships. It's a gorgeous story of love and friendship.
