As far as quick little astrology guides go, this one isn't bad; it covers all the aspects it should, giving a rundown of the basic Leo qualities. However, it isn't great, either- you won't learn anything particularly new, and there aren't any subtleties to be found here, this is pretty stereotypical Leo stuff. That doesn't mean it's not a good book, it is a good book actually, if you want something quick and easy. As a Leo, I sort of fit the descriptions here, but I'm on the cusp of Cancer, so I guess that waters down the Leo a bit. At any rate, I've never been the Leo described in this book, though I have some of the tendencies. In the end, I think that's what the takeaway from astrology books is- you won't be exactly as described, but you'll likely come close, and shining light on certain tendencies in your personality can be helpful.

A quick read that captures the main topics these types of books seem to cover . When I consider the Leos in my life... some Characteristics match and some don’t - as is often the case with horoscopes.

Good for a quick amusing read. Can be read in 10-15 minutes, so may not be worth the price tag. Somethings fit, some did not as is often the case in astrology.
