The title of the book describes it beautifully. Minnie has a growing fold of orphans which includes her own children. The love and understanding shown throughout the book is lovely. I couldn’t put it down, that is until I was near the end then wanted to delay the finish. Loved it, worth all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Would recommend you read it.
I enjoyed reading this book because it had an interesting story line which kept me wanting to know what happens to the children. I learned a lot about the workhouse children and there terrible life. Luckily all places were not horrendous and this was a book that showed love, compassion and hope. I do recommend that you read this book.
Lindsey Hutchinson writes lovely stories and this one about children and their hardships and of the way they are treated by different people certainly tugs at your emotions.Excellent book 5*

What a brilliant book another family saga book. How sad that children could go to a workhouse only for Minnie and Billy opening an orphanage to help these children. So heart warming and sad in places
