Cute, funny, sweet can all be used to describe this book. I read it in an afternoon. An easy weekend type of read.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book and now i want to go to Tenerife, likeable leading characters and a nice easy read with no crazy drama.

Being a real fan of the Tanglewood series, I can always count on Lilac Mills to make me smile. And indeed, this was a cute book, I really enjoyed reading it.
However, the male character secretly being a millionaire without Ivy knowing this... (every reader could see this coming, but that was not the problem) it is just that I've seen this before and was annoyed by it.
Apart from that, I'm of course looking forward to next in the Tanglewood series!

After being dumped by her boyfriend Ivy who has writers block flees to a remote villa in Tenerife to get her mojo back.

One morning Ivy's head is turned by handyman Sebastian and the two stike up a friendship.

What is Sebastian hiding from Ivy?

This has all the feel good vibes you could want, I was drawn in right from the first page and loved every moment.

Thanks Netgalley for allowing me to read this book. Ivy is experiencing a little bit of writers block after being dumped by her boyfriend. She goes to a remote island where she finds her passion and inspiration for writing.

A down on her luck jilted by her boss/lover. It's sometimes hard to feel sorry for the protagonist because she can be so down on herself and yet uppity, but non the less, an interesting story, especially as told through the world of publishing.

Ivy is on a writers retreat after thing end with her partner who is also her publisher. She has writer's block which soon sorts itself out once she meets Sebastián. But he is keeping secrets, sowhat will happen when she finds out the truth?

A great read, which makes me want to go on holidays!
