Due to a sudden, unexpected passing in the family a few years ago and another more recently and my subsequent (mental) health issues stemming from that, I was unable to download this book in time to review it before it was archived as I did not visit this site for several years after the bereavements. This meant I didn't read or venture onto netgalley for years as not only did it remind me of that person as they shared my passion for reading, but I also struggled to maintain interest in anything due to overwhelming depression. I was therefore unable to download this title in time and so I couldn't give a review as it wasn't successfully acquired before it was archived. The second issue that has happened with some of my other books is that I had them downloaded to one particular device and said device is now defunct, so I have no access to those books anymore, sadly.

This means I can't leave an accurate reflection of my feelings towards the book as I am unable to read it now and so I am leaving a message of explanation instead. I am now back to reading and reviewing full time as once considerable time had passed I have found that books have been helping me significantly in terms of my mindset and mental health - this was after having no interest in anything for quite a number of years after the passings. Anything requested and approved will be read and a review written and posted to Amazon (where I am a Hall of Famer & Top Reviewer), Goodreads (where I have several thousand friends and the same amount who follow my reviews) and Waterstones (or Barnes & Noble if the publisher is American based). Thank you for the opportunity and apologies for the inconvenience.

A great little book that captures the spirit of lockdown. Lovely illustrations and a great accompaniment to an Early Years or Key Stage 1 library.

A beautiful book reminding readers that they have much to be thankful for during a time when things can seem quite dark. With the hopeful message of the rainbow scattered throughout the book, Coelho encourages readers to be thankful for all those who have worked hard to keep the country moving throughout the COVIC-19 pandemic. This would be a great book to use as part of a primary school collective worship on the theme of thankfulness.

A lovely book which captures the spirit of lockdown and the Thank You rainbows which appeared everywhere to thank the NHS and key workers. Tatenda says thank you to everyone but they're so worried that they've stopped hearing him, so he tries to say thank you in a different way.

I love the illustrations which are largely monochrome, with the rainbow being the only colour on the page.

Thank you to NetGalley and Quarto Publishing Group for kindly providing me with a digital copy of this book for review.
I’m sure pretty much everyone on the planet is aware of how Covid- 19 has hijacked 2020. I’m sure everyone has seen windows decorated with rainbows and thank you messages. It has been a time when we’ve had to teach gratitude and this is where this little book comes in very useful. It shows young readers how much they still have to be thankful for, even though the world is quite a scary place with lots of new rules and behaviours now.. it shows how people can work together to keep things moving, so things like your mail can still be delivered, But always remembering to say thank you.
I’ve read this author before and can recommend Luna loves library day - it was a big hit with my children.
Even in a time without Covid- I think the idea of expressing gratitude is a very valuable and important one. Definitely recommend.

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for an electronic copy to read and review.

A wonderful way to introduce and reaffirm the joy of gratitude and being thankful for those around you. The visual representation of how gratitude grows and spreads is simply delightful! I cannot wait to bring this book into my classroom and home libraries. I know it will be one we read again and again!

A beautifully uplifting book with a simple but effective message,

Tatanda, a little boy, is worried that people aren't hearing his messages of thanks, so he puts his heart and soul into one enormous thanks for the world, It blossoms and blooms across the world, growing in colour and strength and ending in an NHS rainbow of thanks across the world. Everyone underneath the rainbow, a wonderful list of keyworkers from all walks of life - are touched by it is uplifted and jollied by the sight, good job Tatanda! A great start to the day and a good reminder for everyone

Thanks to @netgalley and the publishers for letting me read the story in exchange for my honest review

This book is really cute and I think the way 'thankyou' is portrayed in the book is lovely too.
Great little story which shows you just how many people you should be thankful too in day to day life.

I really liked the idea behind this book and whilst everyone is worrying about Covid-19 it reminds us that we still have things to be thankful for.

The illustrations in the book are lovely and I liked the way that the “thank you” is portrayed too.

It is a lovely idea and it makes us remember everything we still have to be thankful for it – it is 4 stars from me for this one – highly recommended!
